Corrections: Kiri Allan

I reported on the arrest of the then Justice Minister Kiri Allan as news broke.

Some of the details of those earlier media stories were incorrect, and hence so were my blog posts. I have now corrected them.

Specifically:

• Kiri Allan was only charged with careless driving, not reckless driving, as PM Hipkins said
• Kiri Allan was not charged with resisting arrest, as PM Hipkins said
• Kiri Allan had no contact with Police dogs. While they were on scene, they were not used to track her down.

While this was all based on reporting elsewhere, my posts were inaccurate and I apologise to Kiri for those inaccuracies.
