For a brief time in the news cycle, between breathlessly reporting reality shows and putting their perpetrators are the real victims slant on crimes, there was mention of the IPCC AR6 Synthesis report. If you missed it, don’t worry. It was just a rehash of the last 25 but with the date push out to cover up the failures of their past predictions. A varient of “we all doomed I tell ya” without the mordant wit of Private Frazer. The fact that the NZ author was a political science lecturer tells you all you need to know.
Roger Pielke Jr, a real climate scientist with family pedigree and referenced numerous times in the reports, eviscerates the report on his substack https://rogerpielkejr.substack.com/p/has-the-ipcc-outlived-its-usefulness and is even more brutal on Twitter. Talking about the UN chief “ He is engaging in a Sokal-like experiment to see if there are any limits to climate hyperbole So far, apparently not “ as well as pointing out that the IPCC Committee have now jumped the shark.
To quote an extract of Roger’s on the latest report “ Readers here will know that the overall number of weather and climate disasters have decreased so far this century, economic losses as down as a proportion of economic activity and deaths and people affected by extremes are sharply down in recent decades.
In an effort to aid the work of the IPCC in 2020 I published a literature review of 54 studies on loss and damage which quantified the relative roles of climate and development in economic losses from weather extremes. The IPCC not only ignored my review, but in its literature review it also ignored 53 of the 54 papers, choosing to cite only one paper which asserted the attribution of losses to greenhouse gas emissions – the other 53 did not. None of this data or research gets mentioned by the IPCC, which is just remarkable.
Between the IPCC Synthesis Report’s evasion of the most recent literature on scenarios and the games it has played with loss and damage research and evidence, the IPCC is skating close to becoming a source of climate misinformation.” Ouch.
Remember this when discussion around the recent cyclones and climate change comes up. Event attribution isn’t science, it is scientific version of Lotto but without the skill. If a politician or activist waffles on about we have to act now, because this latest report says we only have a few years left, just ask why they don’t follow the science because the IPCC certainly doesn’t.

  Why do you consider Pielke to be a ‘real climate scientist’? How did you come to be able to distinguish his efforts from the many thousands of other climate scientists?

    He has the qualifications, he does the research, he reads ALL the literature, he publishes the limitations and assumptions in his work, he doesn’t believe in advocacy, he calls out others he believes are indulging in either hyperbole or are just lying, he doesn’t do namecalling and he lets the facts speak for themselves. You know, the type of things good scientists in other fields do.

        From his old faculty page (he’s now on sabbatical)
        ” Roger also received the Eduard Brückner Prize in Munich, Germany in 2006 for outstanding achievement in interdisciplinary climate research. Before joining the faculty of the University of Colorado, from 1993-2001 Roger was a Scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research.”
        With that and his geology awards, plus the IPCC citations, looks pretty much like a scientist to me.

        Actual storms, typhoons, tropical cyclones etc…
        
        Not computer models of imaginary “events”… which seem to have bugga-all relation to real-time weather and climate.
        
        However, models fail to capture the magnitude and variability of the storm track, particularly canonical zonal asymmetry. Our results indicate the importance of the storm track is underestimated in CMIP6.

        No it won’t Steve. He will come back complaining that they were listed in the wrong order or they was a misplaced punctuation mark. (I will give you a hint milky, I wrote it myself, not doing an unacknowledged cut and paste or rewrite of someone else’s work).

    The climate is extremely complex. Studying it involves numerous disciplines. Degrees in “climate science” are a very recent thing and will be spreading these required climate related specialisations very thin.
    
    If you look at prime alarmists like (Mann and Hansen) loved by the far left and hardcore watermelons, they have a track record of pulling ridiculous propaganda shenanigans and making numerous failed predictions (which is the fingerprint of echo-chamber derived faulty “science”).

Everyone thought the war with socialism and its big brother communism ended in 1989 , wishful thinking , have you ever tried to get rid of rats from your barn? Climate change may or may not exist, I don’t know but I suspect releasing billions of tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere in such a short period of time can’t be good for anything. That’s not the point , the point is are we trying to tackle an environment issue or bring about 19th century proletariat revolution?

    That does indeed sound alarming. As if we are perusing a transition to a technology that we haven’t the resources to implement.
    
    You will be delighted I’m sure to hear of recent developments in battery technology. CATL, possibly the worlds biggest battery maker have now begun commercial production of lithium free batteries. Instead they use sodium, an element with 100x the abundance and a fraction of the mining cost. In their batteries they have not achieved quite the performance of lithium. It was thought however that these sodium batteries could perform best as fixed batteries.
    
    But lo, the boffins have boffined and wada u know? BYD one of the worlds biggest e car manufacturers have released a car in China with a Na battery, a 250k range and a price tag sub US$9k! VW another company you will have heard of have also begun developing sodium ion batteries.
    
    Since you put sufficient store in your research to put it up for consideration I thought you would like to be aware of just one of the rapidly developing energy storage technologies. Because if you wish to dismiss the future of e vehicles based on resource concerns, you may have failed to account for boffins and risk takers and other critical elements to markets.       Ill definately look into it.
      On a personal note, as previously stated. I think the technology of e vehicles as fantastic, However not for the silver bullet proposed in reducing climate change.
      For instance you do not destroy energy until you have replacement measures in place. Think Oil and Gas.
      Disclaimer, I work in the O&G industry and last month drove a Tesla. Beaming from ear to ear.
      It really seemed like there was a new breakthrough weekly in battery technology which did not eventuate. Hence probably taking my eye of the ball.
      I sincerely hope you are right.
      Regarding Shell, They have an extremely Strategic views of the World on a 30 year scale with accurate internal reports.
      Very very smart thinking.
      Dont dismiss the messaging in their report and keep an open mind as well as im sure you do.
      You have given me my homework for the night.

        Your’e most welcome. As I understand it Tesla is a part owner of CATL putting them in a prime position to utilise the tech in higher end vehicles. It seems features of the sodium battery include excellent performance in cold climates which overcomes an issue for lithium. It makes hybrid chemistry a possible stepping stone to complete industry domination of the road transport sector.
        
        The potential for sodium battery production at scale stationary storage could change everything. A building with a solar array and a salt battery may never pay peak prices again. The ability to safely and economically store energy where produced and used is of course hugely advantageous. I’m sure it is something those advocating for pumped hydro will be considering.
        
        If not already aware you might also be interested in sand batteries. The first working examples of this tech have been built and promise seasonal heating for cold climate buildings with the battery of sand charged when the sun shines and or wind blows.
        
        As to the cumulative wisdom and intelligence of the carbon sector, absolutely. As you will no doubt be aware it was Exxon who were amongst the first to make public the inevitable global warming implications of using their product. Their models from the 1970s have proven remarkably accurate in their predictive ability. Obviously the profit motive their enterprise is built on made those concerns academic, until they happened.

    I also have epilepsy MCos, and for once I agree wholeheartedly with you. I am on a daily dose of Dilantin, and have been seizure-free since 1990. In the mid 1980’s, my GP took me off medication after ten fit-free years; unfortunately I had a seizure a month later refereeing a game of club rugby.
    
    Medication lets me live a normal life, and apart from one Liver Function Test that is regularly dysfunctional, and difficulty maintaining healthy gums, I have few problems. I’ve been on the stuff now since 1975, and will be until they screw the lid down. I wish I could be as glib about epilepsy as Mike so obviously is.

The shutdown of Posie Parker yesterday shows us we are in the grip of a transgender cult.

Aided and abetted by the media, I’m looking at you Tova O’Brien, NZs worst reporter, this cult brooks no opposition.

Parker stands up for women’s rights and an audience came to hear her speak including many older women. They were harassed and threatened by a mainly younger mob of blue haired people who poured soup over the speaker and threatened her so much that she feared for her life.

The police desperate to prove their new status of being as useless as tits on a bull, did nothing to protect the speaker. Finally when she went to go they at last protected her. It seems our police force are only forceful against protestors in Wellington protesting the mandates?Women’s rights protestors, ram raiders, looters in the Hawkes Bay, not so much?

The only leaders speaking out for Parker were Brian Tamaki and David Seymour. Chris Luxon was nowhere to be found while government ministers like Michael Wood were among the trans mob.

We’re in the grip of a trans cult. The blue haired people are our new overlords. Their message, we are the victims and if you oppose us we will use the media and the police to destroy you.

        Also I think they are angry because they were told they could become a woman by taking a few pills and undergoing surgery.
        The actual result is a very poor substitute for the real thing and they know it.
        
        Their solution is to try to redefine the meaning of woman. They don’t seem to care that this can have real consequences for real women.
        
        I think we need to have a grown-up conversation about the best way to help people with gender disphoria. I think there is sufficient evidence that the transgender paradigm has significant problems.

      Where is the equity for an Intersex person to become a Green Leader… or the Person who identifies as non-gendered?

  I think we’re in the grip of a ‘Victim Cult’. If you’re not being oppressed by something, you’re clearly not doing it right. Except for biological women. Whose natural place is at the bottom of the heap. Not possible to oppress them. A civilized society protects free speech – if those opposing yesterday’s rally were civilized, they could have organized their own rally and aired their views. Instead they bullied. Where is the calling out of Davidson to be stripped of her portfolio’s for racist and sexist language unbecoming of a politician let alone a minister of the crown? Where is the outrage over the Police’s lack of response?
    
    Nope. Wouldn’t want to hold a strong opinion – the play school crew on TVNZ might not be nice to you on the couch on Monday morning eh?

  The Police under Coster have now become politicised. Prior to Coster I suspected some Commissioners were a little too close to the Government of the day ready to do their bidding but now there is no pretence. Coster takes his orders directly from the 9th Floor.

  Therein lies one of the dilemmas of a party leader. Chris Luxon’s over-arching objective is to win the forthcoming election. He is on a lose-lose here. Express support for *REAL* women and you have the noisy rowdy gay community down your throat. Express support for the noisy rowdy mob and you have the conservatives down your throat. His most pragmatic course is to keep his head below the parapet.
  I strongly suspect which side he has more support for.
  The problem is the issue does not affect most women unless they are top sportswomen or find some odd creature in the Ladies. Instead they have been successfully wooed by Jacinda, her spin doctors and the media.

  Definitely questions needs to be asked of the Auckland Police Commander as well as Police Commissioner Coster and Police Minister Anderson.
  
  Why wasn’t there a Police presence at the rotunda where the speakers were?
  
  Have the Police forgotten “how to Police”?
  
  Look at the coverage from Australia, there the Police were clearly visible separating the two groups so that one group couldn’t overwhelm the other.
  
  At Auckland yesterday, it looked like zero, nil Police presence at the rotunda.
  
  So when (mainly men) counter-protesters broke down the flimsy fence barricades to launch their hatred at the women speakers (there was meant to be more than one) the counter-protesters were largely unhindered.
  
  Again where were the Police?
  
  Who (Police) made the decision for the front line Police to not do their duty and man the barricades to keep the two groups separated?
  
  Why didn’t the Police learn from what their Australian counterparts were doing?
  
  Why didn’t the Police factor in the prior couple of days of “aggression” coming from the counter-protest groups – both themselves via their own social media or from MSM reports – saying they needed to mobilise en-mass and disrupt the Women speakers?
  
  What if the Women speakers were seriously injured by violent counter-protesters? I have read SM reports (unverified) of retiree age women being punched (is this true)?
  
  The Police failed law abiding NZ’ers – Women speakers who simply wanted a safe, public space in which to discuss issues that are important to them.
  
  The least the Police can do now is review and acknowledge their failures to ensure this never happens again … against non-threatening WOMEN speakers and apologise to them!
  
  The other thing the Police can do, via the mountain of social media & MSM evidence, is now track those agitators from the far-left and put them on file. Haha.
  
  How about some arrests? To demonstrate there are consequences for those breaking the law? Surely a bunch of civil disobedience laws were broken?

  So who won yesterday’s little bit of theater?
  The Labour and Green activist won on the ground and played to their woke base but alienated a large sector of New Zealand even further.
  Violent trans activists will feel a huge boost but are building up a lot of ill feeling towards themselves.
  Ms Parker got a Martyr’s victory and will be more famous than she could have dreamed. Her YouTube channel if not demonitised will be humming for her.
  The police avoided making trans martyrs, kept up their woke credentials but looked very weak.
  The MSM did their usual misrepresentation, stirred up dissension and would have gotten a lot of traffic, a big win for them.
  Vision NZ kept their ground and had a well run rally but probably failed to connect as well as any of 5he other parties.
  New Zealand as a whole would have lost even more shine as a destination for tourists or quality immigrants.

      They tried arresting people off the lawn early on .
      
      Those people weren’t breaking any laws .In fact they had a court established right to be there . The man who apparently ordered the arrest action , the Speaker , was one of the reasons those protesters had a right to be there , his own arrest ( and Hipkin’s ) being part of the legal right to be there.
      
      I wonder how many of those arrestees , the early ones ,were among the over one hundred who’s charges were dropped ( given the police had overstepped their authority).

  This dependence was bought about by a woman who was and probably still is a member of an international One World Govt movement whose tentacles spread out far and wide and are funded by people I would describe as less than reputable.
  IMO, the next election and political activities leading up to it should not let voters forget that the current Govt bought this about and they certainly have no intention of making us less dependent on imported petroleum products.
  They have succeeded in placing NZ in a situation that will take a couple of decades to remove itself from given the political will to do so and I currently don’t see any of that.

Excuse the repetition – I masde a first draft of this on teh Posie Parker discussion, but edited it and could not register the edit. I still think this requires to be ‘mansplained’ – if I may be so bold:

I personally lay the responsibility for this violence solely at the feet of the media. They have clearly incited people with a proclivity for violence to act in a violent manner.

They have made up a label for this poor woman, for having the temerity to stand up for women. So misogyuny is again enshrined. ‘My body, my choice’ is now a relic of a by-gone era.

Now this same woman who for some bizarre reason have expressed misgivings about not being allowed a safe space to undress and toilet or be incarcerated is considered a fair target is she appears in public. WHare are we – in teh Middle East?

This same woman and anyone who appears to want to listen to her stand up for a safe space for women are considered fair game and somehow deserving of spite and terror and are fearful for their safety or their lives – if they go out in public..
So this is what toxic feminism looks like. You can be a woman, but don’t describe yourself as one, and don’t request any social condition that is designed to give you – a female- equity of safety in a public space. Becaseu we will come for you, attack you in public, and then smugly claim we did it ‘for equity’.

What next – you can only vote if you agree with us?

The media collectivel have fuelled and incited this violence, simply to get their pay-dirt – in this case a video of an ‘anti-trans activist’ getting sprayed with liquid and some cool footage of a mob riot.

Their only regret is probably that the speaker or erhaps one of those who wished to listen to her speak was not killed in the process.

Imagine what a cool headline that would have made.

There should be an enquiry into this and journalistic standards in this country requires a review.

Individual journalists and editors who are shown to have neglected their duty to meet an ethical standard of objectivity should be at least condemned and at worst, prosecuted for inciting violence.

Any politicians who have enabled this lamentable shower of shit that passes for ‘reporting’ and ‘demonstrating’ should be drummed out of their jobs. IMO.

They are a collective disgrace and have shown New Zealand up as a volatile unsafe, bigoted mess of a nation to the world.

    There is a big difference between aborting for health reasons, rape, or simply to not bring an unwanted baby you can’t afford to raise into this world and having a sex change operation.

Unclear how that adjusts the team numbers. Especially since Muslim women can reasonably be expected to be part of the group that would like to know if they were in a women-only space or not – are they still Us or Not Us? Are they only Us if they’re being shot at? It looks like the Us team actually mostly comprises politicians, journalists and other people who think they’re more important than everyone else.   I quick look at his twitter page, particularly yesterday, shows a bloke raging with hatred against women. He is promoting misogyny via social media and proud of it.
  
  His posts are over the top by both using insulting terms such as “Nazi’s”, “TERF’s” and by writing exaggerated, misleading statements (i.e. that are false). So he is making things up – is that something that a reputable newspaper/media outlet should be condoning? If so what does that say about the integrity of his NZH columns? How does that affect the integrity of the NZH/NZME itself?
  
  He is someone that calls out other people to be sacked or cancelled if they have differing opinions to himself. But is a hypocrite himself. Now of course hypocrisy isn’t a crime but it suggests he is of dubious character. Again should the NZH/NZME be associating themselves with such a person? Particularly when they have cancelled other columnists for similar indiscretions (in their opinion)? Should there be consistency or not?

  Lee the Media stoked the fuel and the police stood by and watched while the arsonists set it alight.
  
  We lost a lot of faith in the police with the way they handled the Parliamentary Protest. Yesterday any faith that was left has been obliterated.
  
  Nothing about this situation was unknown. There were at least 3 practice runs in Australia to decide the tactics to use to protect all parties from harm. Many of us have seen footage of the Australian gatherings with good levels of separation between the two groups.
  
  Lal published an inflammatory map showing the people coming at his behest where to stand depending on their level of comfort and/or aggression. Red at the band rotunda, orange further back and green at the outskirts of the Park. The map had a decidedly phallic shape. He had published their time of assembly as 10.30am, 30 mins before the LWS tour was due to kick-off. BTW I am choosing to use “he” as I refuse to be drawn into this fantasy world of their creation.
  
  The media had everyone whipped into a frenzy. The Herald on Saturday was particularly vile with 3 articles and a cartoon all extremely one-sided and emotive language.
  
  NZ police had days to mobilise. It was obvious what had worked well in Australian venues in terms of protecting people from harm and from doing harm, protecting both the right to free speech and protest.
  
  So there are two possible reasons that this became a completely Wild West event:
  1. The Police are incompetent to a level beyond comprehension, OR
  2. The Police are so politicised that they will play, judge jury and executioner, by choosing who they do or don’t protect.
  
  I don’t believe our police are incompetent to the level it would have required them to be yesterday to have lost complete control.
  
  They weren’t hiding as Steve has suggested.
  
  They chose not to act and protect the rights of a small number of LWS people.
  
  Who are they going to chose not to protect next time?

      The police had days of warning and they chose not to put in place separation and plenty of plods on the ground between the two groups. This has been a deliberate tactic – they knew the TRAs would outnumber LWS (let women speak) significantly. They have enacted bush justice.
      
      The actual plods on the ground on Saturday were setup for failure. Bad tactics, insufficient manpower.
      
      Wars are won by controlling the battlefield. The police did not control the battlefield. Looking at the footage they are stupid or chose to lose.
      
      It is disturbing that they have acted this way. What if they decide not to control the door at your Mt Eden event this week and a much bigger and more violent mob turn-up?

Then, one bike appears to strike her, with its handlebar making contact with her stomach.       pedestrian crossings are a white colonial construct and accordingly do not have meaning to special people as clearly specified in the treaty which was variously signed and also rejected at Waitangi and other places around the country.
      Rules of the road (were there any real “roads” before 1840?) may be safely ignored by those self-identifying as “special people” but would invite possible prosecution if ignored by others.
      Such Rules as the motorist having the right of way at a pedestrian crossing if said motorist is between the diamond road marking and the crossing when the pedestrian approaches the kerb.

        That is not correct.
        
        It is sensible for a pedestrian not to walk out onto a crossing if a moving vehicle is between the diamond and the crossing… but the NZ Road Rules are clear:
        
        A driver approaching a pedestrian crossing must—
        (a)
        give way to pedestrians, and to riders of wheeled recreational devices or mobility devices,—
        (i)
        on the pedestrian crossing; or
        (ii)
        obviously waiting to cross it and who are not behind a school patrol sign; and
        (b)
        if necessary, slow down and stop the driver’s vehicle for that purpose.

Read the BFD’s evening general debate last night to see what the commentators there were saying, of course they were appalled, and thanks to Sally she gave a link to an article that featured the thoughts of an everyday NZ woman who went to yesterday’s protest and was meant to have spoken about her experiences. She of course didn’t get the chance and feared for her life. Thankfully she escaped physical harm but no doubt will be left with psychological harm and trauma. What has NZ descended into (thanks to the far-left) to enable this?

If I may say so, her account is definitely worth taking the time to read.

    I think as she wrote down her thoughts it progressed from being fearful (and hurting) to finally getting angry towards the end – which is normal of course, I would too – hence the language she used in your quote above.
    
    But before that passage her fear and hurt were overwhelming (and powerful) describing her day at the protest.
    
    But as per your quote above, just as powerful was her reflections of where things are going wrong in a general sense (in society).
    
    And even our favorite (here) HDPA underestimated the volatility of the Women Hating counter-protesters. Hopefully both Hosking and HDPA give them a serve this week?

A couple of weeks back I went to a cricket match at Hagley Oval. There were 8 police there to watch over 600 spectators. 🙄

They could have easily deployed 40 police. From start to finish they woukd have been required for about 3 hours.

Bayden Barber the Head Sharang of Ngati Kahanganui has wriiten a letter to The Havelock Community Center instructing them to cance Julian Batchelor’s Stop Co Gevernance Booking on 17 May at 7pm.

A facebook friend shared the letter. My comment saying I would be attending was either hidden or deleted. As was a second attempt at debating the issue.

Let’s review the Stuff headlines about the socialist riot:

1. Headline One – “Hate speech or free speech? Clashes in Auckland reignite debate.”

Of course, there was no free speech at all on display yesterday, due to the feral extremist mob of communists and socialists rioting. Posie has been found guilty, however, of an even more serious offence for the communists – Thought Crimes against extreme left wing dogma.

2. Headline Two – “’Pure trans joy’: An alternative view of the ‘angry’ protest crowd.”

A double-down by Stuff. The extreme left rioting mob was actually a joyful occasion.

‘Aotearoa’ is getting curiouser and curiouser. Alice in Wonderland was clearly a documentary:

‘Everybody has won, and all must have prizes.’

The economy and our society are both collapsing in tandem. Enjoy the ride!

Grabbed the 4 best looking, got em home and after washing, slicing, salted, peppered and fried them in organic butter to be served up on hash browns.

Sigh it’s the MSM again.

Only news bulletin I have heard today was ZB at midday. Journalists are still pushing the lines that yesterday was a victory against “transphobia” and Auckland Pride’s (Max Tweedie) sound bites on the protester’s actions isn’t challenged as being violent and thuggish – instead it is celebrated.

Which leads me back to yesterday and being the weekend there is a lack of live “political commentary” on the radio/tv so took great interest at 3pm when ZB’s political hour started.

The two ZB hosts being interviewed (Francis and Tyler) supported the disruption against the Women speakers. It seems it was because Trans people have rights so people “speaking against them” should be de-platformed (seems like Women’s rights, freedom of speech and the importance of considered debate by each side was lost on these two).

Ironically when the topic moved next onto the world athletics body banning trans people (trans women aka former men) from competing against Women, they were supportive.

And in this lies the problem of why the MSM are (wrongly) taking sides.

Because debate on Woman’s v Trans issues is largely silenced, the MSM find it hard to accept that Women’s rights campaigners have some genuine concerns and want to speak about it (instead they are “cancelled” or silenced or if that’s not enough they are misrepresented eg as being “far-right” “Nazi supporters”). So the MSM fall in line like sheep not wanting to rock the “pro-trans narrative” boat.

Anyway today the NZ Herald further push the “pro-trans” narrative by featuring an article on a trans-woman (born a male) who incurred conversion therapy for years but wishes to identify as female. She is now 32.

But guess what NZH, I don’t think anyone (including most people here) and including the Speak up for Women crowd have any objections to an adult transitioning.

As Widogast here says (when he recaps Parker’s views) some concerns are with:

“No surgical or medical procedures on minors to ‘change gender’”. I read that as, don’t transition anyone say under 18 years old (why? Read the UK media particularly The Telegraph featuring harrowing reports of people that now regret being transitioned when younger. They have lost their “bits” and are now in a difficult and lonely place).

“No biological men in women’s sports”. (Strangely enough most of the MSM seem to now accept this).

So is there really much difference between what Speak Up For Women want and the bias of the MSM, if the MSM were to consider the full picture? I think not!

The other point of not having biological men in women’s changing room is probably the issue that needs to be debated. Whilst it seems problematic for those that are “confused” (Gen Z) about their gender (or are simply men stalking women’s/girls spaces) what if you get genuine people such as Tia Hohaia in the NZH article? So why can’t everyone have a civilised discussion about this and set some rules (instead of MSM cancelling those speaking up against it)?

Gordon Moore, the formulator of Moore’s law in electronics, has died at 94. The “law” comes from a 1965 article of his in Electronics magazine.

The Wall Street Journal says the Moore article anticipated the development of home computers, smart wristwatches, automatic controls for cars and other inventions as electronic components etched on squares of silicon become smaller, faster and cheaper.

His prediction, which became known as Moore’s Law, proved a remarkably accurate observation about how quickly engineers would create advances in digital technology that have led to countless fixtures of modern life.

An electronics engineer at Fairchild Semiconductor, and later as Intel chief executive, his shares in those companies led to him and his wife setting up a philanthropic foundation. It has disbursed more than $US5 billion.

The WSJ says Moore’s Law is considered by many observers to be reaching the end of its reign. But Moore never meant for the rule of thumb that bears his name to be set in stone. He insisted he simply had made an observation about a phase of industry activity that one day would become technically impossible.

The media narrative is misleading in its narrow focus.. Shaneel Lal the person speaking almost exlusively in media about Transgenderism identifies currently as non-binary, fem-queer.(They/Them) . Although in 2020 his rainbow youth bio – had them identified as (He/Him)

Eg. He doesn’t claim to be a trans woman, but “non-binary” . But most of the debate has been in relation to “Transwomen” We are also told it’s a rainbow issue. Implying that being trans is part of being gay which is not exclusively true. .

Research shows that 23% of Transwomen are Lesbians/gay. Eg they were born men who identify as women who are attracted to women. And 25% are bisexual, so also attracted to women.
23% are Heterosexual. Eg they are born men who identify as Transwomen attracted to men.

Science paper shows that hormones during transition doesn’t change your sexual orientation.

JK Rowling’s tweet in the Herald evidences an issue that is happening in the UK regarding Transwomen protesting to attend a Lesbian meeting.
