Councillor celebrates impact of the pandemic

Yes the future is great. All we need to do is the following:

• Ban all businesses from operating
• Ban people from travelling
• Close all the schools
• Shrink the economy by 30%
• Put 200,000 to 300,000 onto the unemployment benefit

And we can reduce traffic pollution. Yay.
