WILL SEX SCANDAL SINK CINDY ?

We’ve passed the 100 day mark of the new government, and the continuous
flood of scandals and inactivity is quickly becoming its undoing.

The failure to address the sex and boozefest is an issue which will bring this government undone. For eons there has been an unwritten rule amongst the media that they keep quiet about sex scandals on the government benches – Clinton of course put somewhat of an end to all that. Whereas JFK was known to bed an endless array of beautiful women, the media gave him a very wide berth, and reported on other issues of significance at the time.

But the inept MSM had been suffering immensely over the decades, and when they became aware of the Lewinski saga, all bets were off. Just like the President’s boxer shorts. The media reported on the whole sorry saga, and the tacit concealment of such issues became a thing of the past. Donald Trump is now suffering the same ignominy.

The moralising commentary of our media so far during our domestic debacle is nauseating, and hypocritical. It won’t take long for New Zealand’s media to wake up and realise that there is a public interest story here. They will realise that news service will sell, and some reporters may cement their future in the industry by reporting on the facts rather than seeking to conceal them.

We have seen our Prime Minister claim to have heard nothing about the Labour sex scandal, and refusing to answer any questions on the issue until she returned to her office and was briefed. We also saw the Acting PM behave in the same manner. However the PM slipped up, and indicated that she did know about the sexual accusations – before she admitted that she did. In any case, one of her front benchers admitted that she knew well in advance – I very much doubt that she would have concealed these facts from her boss !

The other element, of course, is the provision of alcohol to minors at a Labour Party sanctioned event. Police view this activity very seriously in some quarters, it will be interesting to see whether they treat this breach of our licensing regulations with the same candour.

The sex scandal has been referred to the Labour Party for a report. The release of the report will coincide with the hospitalisation of our Prime Minister for the delivery of her baby. It doesn’t take a genius to work out why !

The media are not reporting about the now 42.5 million trees that are supposed to have been planted – why ?
The media are not reporting on the 4,100 KiwiBuild homes that are supposed to have been built – why ?

Is it any wonder the MSM are struggling ? They are very good at making mountains out of molehills, and totally ignoring the real news. The scandals that surrounded Berlusconi led to his downfall, and our domestic scandal is similarly piquant. It’s now up to our MSM whether they act as leaders and report facts, or just wimp out.

Will Cindy survive this round of scandals ?

I think that her epitaph is already being prepared !

  I believe that comments like this will only intensify Cindy’s intention in staying in the job she craves. The fact that it is possible but her child will suffer, but that is secondary to her elevation to Sainthood.
  To her nothing is more important, and she will sacrifice everything and everybody to reach that goal.
  I would hope that now her Mummy is back in Auckland she may talk some sense to her daughter although I doubt it would make any difference.
  She is one woman obsessed.
  I will not comment on her actual capability – for that we would have to have a conversation and form a committee.

Bancroft: I deliberately, and with forethought, tampered with the ball but I’m Australian so it’s allowed
Smith: I and the team knew he deliberately, and with forethought, tampered with the ball but I won’t step down as captain because I am St. Steve

ICC should:

* Force Australia to forfeit the Test
* Ban Bancroft for a minimum of 10 Tests and place him on a threat of a life ban should he ever again perpetrate such an offence
* Require Smith to resign immediately or be banned for a similar term

Australia Cricket, self-appointed moral guardians of the game, should:

* Take steps to ensure all three things happen.

Australia Cricket’s sponsors should:

* Walk away from the pieces of excrement.

      No, I can remember some shitty stuff. Like the time Ken Rutherford flung the ball at Arjuna Ranatunga, induced a run out, and didn’t withdraw the appeal.
      
      But Aussie have consistently lowered the standards in world cricket ever since Steve Waugh took over the captaincy. Always trouble from the same team. Criticise the All Blacks all you want, including the O’Driscoll incident, but you have to go searching the database for their transgressions. With a similar marquee team for their sport, Aussie cricket? Happens nearly every series, without fail…

        …and I also reckon the demeanour and vibe around the All Blacks improved immeasurably once Graham Henry, the most selfish man in New Zealand rugby, moved on. Saw Ian Chappell once criticise Geoffrey Boycott, and disputing his reputation as a “great” player, because he averaged 47 and not once did he ever think about anyone but Geoffrey Boycott. In contrast, according to Chappelli, Gary Sobers averaged 57, was a great all rounder and skipper, and never once thought about himself and his averages, but only cricket.
        
        For me, Graham Henry will always be the Geoffrey Boycott of NZ rugby.

        Boycott is a notorious pig headed Yorkshireman and by all accounts not a pleasant man.
        But you can’t argue he wasn’t a great player. An opening Batsman who played 17 years of Test Cricket at an average of 47?
        Remember batting averages are way higher these days and Boycott was facing some mighty Aussie and West Indian fast bowlers in his time..

        No, I wouldn’t say Boycott wasn’t a great player, indeed he was for five day test matches in his era of green top wickets of variable bounce facing a host of great fast bowlers. In other matches, not so much. But then I was only reporting what Ian Chappell thought of him, especially in respect of Boycott’s legendary selfishness (or single mindedness if thee is from one of ‘t three Ridings of Yorkshire! ?). Also, as Aussies invariably like to attack, sometimes in a reckless fashion when it isn’t always suitable in English conditions, he just isn’t their cup of tea. Dougie Walters, who was a failure on four tours of England, and much more fun in the dressing room, more so! ?
        
        But you will like this. Posted it a few days ago. Seems that Boycott’s most precious record, the only man, thus far, to score his 100th first class century in a test match (in an Ashes encounter on his beloved home county ground of Headingley in Leeds in 1977) was in danger of being expunged from the record books ?:

      Note the umpires neither sanctioned Oz the five runs nor changed the ball.
      
      For mine Smith should resign for the latter, the rest of the “senior leadership team” and Bancroft should be fired for the former.

  Smith joins Greg Chappell in the pantheon of Australian Cricket greats – as cheats who instruct their junior players to join them. Bancroft is now in the same league as Trevor Chappell.
  
  As long as Smith (dis)graces a cricket field CA says it tolerates cheating. The only consolation is the abuse Smith is going to accept for the rest of his life.
  
  The 9 other players get dishonourable mentions, there does not appear that there are any Rod Marsh’s on the team who implored the Captain to not cheat.

    Similar to when McCullum ran out Murali as he waddled over to congratulate his teammate on scoring a century..

      Was that McCallum? Interesting. Funny how the death of Phil Hughes caused him to reassess his values, while the Aussies, even though it was closer to home, seemed to have learned nothing. In terms of results the Aussies are superb. But, while it’s easy to get sanctimonious and prissy, nonetheless the spirit in which they play the game is consistently poor.
      
      But worse is their sooking. Warner starts the trash talk, then whinges when his wife gets dragged in, fist by his opponents, and then by the crowd. Don’t bring a knife to a gun fight, especially in a hard arse place like South Africa. ?
      
      Just ask the All Blacks. Stil hugely respected in South Africa. Even when Richie McCaw was pushing the envelope. ?

  My initial instincts are the same, but based on precedent, including what happened to saffer captain Faf du Plessis a few years ago for a ball tampering incident, no. And also, if they had applied the disciplinary rules properly, Rabada #hould not have been playing for South Africa in this game. Both teams need to have a good look in the mirror, but Aussie especially. They set the tone, for this series, Warner especially and it has been downhill from there. Glad we got rid of Aussie-raised Chris Pringle who was a bad apple who once did the same for NZ, although ball tampering was new, rife and the home Pakistani umpires looked the other way in that 1990-91 series.
  
  So, a mandatory suspension and fine from the match referee for Bancroft and Smith (who should be given more as he is the skipper), and the so-called leadership group. If Cricket Australia have any sense, and are serious about cleaning up the consistent stench surrounding their team that has been around since Steve Waugh was skipper, they will strip Smith of the captaincy. But their choice, and given how the culture of their sport stinks, they will do what Smith is trying to do, “move on from this”. ?

  I am a citizen of both New Zealand and Australia. I get pleasure from following the teams of both nations.
  
  Smith is a fantastic player but listening to his ‘move on’ interview made me mad.
  
  I think Cricket Australia should sack Smith as captain and suspend him and all the players involved for 12 months. However I suspect that the worst that will happen is a fine and a short suspension.

But hey, be assured, that “isn’t what the Australian cricket team is about”. Er, actually, yes it is. Talented players, Smith and Warner especially, but a pack of mongrels all the same. On balance all the teams of the world play with dignity and respect for one another, but consistently for the past 18 or so years there has been one exception. And not only are the mongrels, they are sooks, squealing like stuck pigs when they get it back at ‘em.

At least Greg Chappell (great batsman, btw) did what he did within the laws of the game. ?

Maybe Jacinda will be rude and hold up a foreign delegation to do something about the sexism, racism and ageism in her Cabinet (Tui advert).

And I agree, I respect her right to express her opinion as a private person, however it is rank hypocrisy for a Minister to bring her office into disrepute by being so openly racist, ageist and sexist. She’s demonstrated she’s not fit to hold a warrant – that is all. I wouldn’t want her kicked out – it’s poor form to dump your rubbish on other countries, look at what a mess it’s creating in Europe now.

This is a radical change from 83% Millennials and 85% of Gen X who state that their views are ‘quite’ or ‘very liberal’ on those same issues..

It seems that the (often hideous) faces we see in the MSM “protesting” at various Campuses in the West is a but a noisy privileged minority living in a social media echo chamber rather than in any way a representation of the majority of disenfranchised “youth”.

And get this. The article goes on to lament the reason for this aberrant behaviour: ‘One facet would be that from the crib they were plunged into the era on the Internet, being able to research their own opinions on an iPad from the convenience of their couch.‘ In other words they formed their own opinions based not on the poz, rather by evaluating a broad spectrum of evidence. Now that must be worrying to our globohomo overlords.

Indeed – whilst people are being dumbed down in the schools, the internet revolution and the democratisation of information has been a game changer. No longer is State education and the MSM the only source of news which is why the MSM has become more and more shrill and Governments and the likes of the Twitter & the ADL are in an all out censorship drive.

What’s the explanation for this dramatic reversal? At this stage we can only speculate but here’s my tuppence worth. For a start they’re experiencing diversity up close and personal. Ubiquitous quotas and affirmative action mean that there’s no escape. It’s one thing to admire and support exotic pets when they actually are exotic. It’s quite another thing when you’re sharing your life with them. A young girl I know here in Ireland has had it with diversity. Four Africans are literally destroying her education (and that of the whole class) by their loud, aggressive and obnoxious behaviour, ill-discipline and not least, their stupidity. Yet she can see, even at her young age, that teachers and administrators treat the Africans with kid gloves and always shoe-horn into events and photos. Anecdotal I know but I’m 100% certain that were their no Africans in the class the kids would be your typical kumbayaa bleeding hearts. I’m equally certain that their experience is more the norm than the exception

Indeed – it’s one thing being a cheerleader for “diversity” when the extent of your diversity experience is meeting 3rd standard deviation 3rd worlders in Airport Business Lounges or at worst when picking up Friday night takeaways, but having to live cheek by jowl with some of flotsam that gets dumped in Western countries is the ultimate reality check. Go tell the 11 year old girls of Telford how “enriched” they’ve been by diversity

They must also be increasingly aware, even at a subliminal level, of the multi-faceted war being waged against Whites. Placed at the end of the queue for everything, their culture mocked, their race’s achievements denied, their countries swamped by hostile foreigners, strangers in their own lands. And, paradoxically, the explosive growth of identity politics is helping. Every minority, be it race, religion or sexual orientation can rejoice in and ruthlessly promote its own narrow interests. All except straight Whites who must surely find their own sense of identity developing as a result.

Whites are by nature the most altruistic people on earth (due to their Christian heritage) but the more that the likes of JAG & Devoy single out Whites and only Whites then the more Whites develop Group Identity which is a nightmare for the Globalists.

She did not handle this well at all, and if she had been smart, she would have suspended Kirton with immediate effect, pending an investigation by police which Kirton failed to instigate.

For someone well versed in Politics (and nothing else) she should have been aware of the optics when this came to light, and to do nothing until this came out in the MSM, shows one of two possible outcomes. Either Labour thought they could hush this up, or Labour thinks that the Media are too dumb to find out, or too friendly to report it.

        Maybe reflecting vested interests and complacency, National’s housing policies did nothing to solve the affordability problem.
        
        In the case of Auckland this is evidenced by section prices having increased 72% since the first tranche of Special Housing Areas was approved in 2013.
        
        Labour is adopting a broader and more hands-on approach to addressing the housing affordability problem including proposing some policies that have the potential to address the most pressing problem: excessive section prices.
        
        For a while this was mainly an Auckland problem but it has spread to all growth centres.
        
        Labour should be commended for giving priority to trying to fix the housing affordability problem. Great news – 4000 homes to be built on Unitec land.

Whenever I go there for work which is once or twice a year I always think what a great development it would be. There are acres and acres (literally 53 hectares) of space right next to a new motorway interchange. For one thing this means the traffic increase will have short runs to the motorway system rather than through streets.

Mount Albert train station is just metres from the south eastern corner of this site.

Properly planned a lot of services could be within the new development reducing the need for residents to go elsewhere for daily stuff.

Unitec have wanted to downsize that 53 hectares into 9 for some time now.

Amazingly simple solution and huge legacy foresight by Phil Twyford and you’ve got to wonder why the Nats didn’t think of this – oh that’s right, when they’re not denying the existence of a housing crisis, they are ideologically opposed to fixing it.

….. so excitedly I scooted over to Spotify to listen to some of this musical genius… what have I been missing…?

My god what a tuneless monotonous racket. A droning noise with an irritating electronic rattle in the background. On his albums he seems to have about a three note range….. is this really what passes itself off as music? What on earth would it be like to spend two hours trapped in a stadium having to put up with this dross?

Readers of the Southland Times got a full package on the arrival of what is described as the “first wave” of refugees for the region, including bullshit from the old Mayor, Tim Shadbolt.

The refugees are from Colombia, in South America, which has had a civil war.

Not in the report linked to below, but in the newspaper, was an interview with one of the refugees. He comes from Cali, where he says the daily temperature is usually about 28 deg C.

It sounds as though he has been a building labourer and has worked on a pig farm, but in NZ he wants to study to become a vet. That would move to the North Island, but when they get NZ residency the Colombians must be sorely tempted to slip through the back door to Australia and head for Queensland or the Northern Territory where the sun shines as it does in Colombia.

Mayor Shadbolt’s spiel included:

“All of our our civic leaders think we are desperately short of people and we need another 10,000 from around the world to come and live here.”

Lord knows where they will work when the aluminium smelter closes – Lord knows where they would work now.

Old Tim also said:

“My grandfather got a free trip to Australia because he was a convict, but he then moved to New Zealand, so we come from many different backgrounds.”

The last convicts shipped to Australia arrived there in 1868.

Old Tim, now 71, was born in 1947. If his grandfather was aged just 20 when he was transported and was on the very last ship, he would have been about 100 when Tim was born. That’s possible. But …

Tim’s father, Don, was a Kiwi who flew on Royal Navy aircraft carriers in World War 2, and rejoined on a short-service commission in 1951 during the Korean War. He was killed in a training -flight crash. Lieutenant Don Shadbolt was 33, meaning he was born about 1918.

If Mayor Tim’s grandfather was an Aussie convict and was even, say just 20, he would have been aged 70 when his son, Don, Mayor Tim’s father, was born.

That would be remarkable, Tim…

The Labour Party has arranged a review of their summer camp – the drinking, drugs, and sexual harassment and abject failure to provide a responsible environment. They’ve organised a woman lawyer to conduct it. That women/lawyer derives from a professional environment now seen to be completely complicit in the same behaviour.

We are looking at ‘respectable, successful, professional’ WOMEN fronting the cover up and management of sexual harassment and bullying in the legal profession.

Clearly, women are seen to be the ‘warm, fuzzy’ face of business and professionalism, the people who ‘care’, the people who ‘enhance relationships’, the people who will provide ‘fairness’, do a lot of ‘communicating’. They are. They’re ‘spinning’ communications like tops.

The Criminal Bar Association of NZ surveyed 300 people – nearly 2/3 of them women; more than 1/3 were men.
Of those who reported harassment and bullying:
27% said they witnessed or experienced threats, both overt and covert
28% reporting unwanted sexual advances.
17% odd said they seen 20+ instances.
45% percent reported harassment and bullying based on gender.
55% of cases reported, men were targeting females. That means 45% involved same sex or women targeting men.
65% of those surveyed pointed at judges. That means 35% pointed at others.
Nearly 50% pointed at colleagues, 33% named opposing counsel. 25% blamed police officers or prosecutors.

120 reported a breakdown of their professional working relationship. Destroyed and damaged people, lost earnings, jobs, careers.

These are THE “99% of honest, hard-working NZ citizens”? And the response of them all to this behaviour?

Over 80% of the respondents said they’d never made an official report on the bullying.
More than 50% were afraid of professional repercussions – they would lose their job/career.
Nearly 60% believed it would make no difference – because it’s endemic and tolerated.
Of those who did make a complaint, only 6% reported being satisfied with the way it was handled.

‘There is evidence of a real problem in New Zealand workplaces. A 2012 survey by the Public Service Association found 43 percent had been bullied and 33 percent discriminated against, while a State Services Commission survey in 2013 discovered 25 percent reported bullying.’

All of the people involved in this have known about it for long years, tolerated it, and are complicit in it. They say they ‘had no idea it was this bad’. Oh, please. They have agreed to keep the ‘ranks closed’ and cover for the predators – and they still are. Are they going to deal to the predators? No way in hell.

One thing they are stating is true. They don’t know how to conduct a ‘normal’, ‘respectful’ interaction or relationship with other human beings. They now have to set about ‘educating’ the most ‘educated’ leaders and workers in NZ society; those charged with management of the ‘deviant’. How can they possibly do that? Is it any wonder the victims in NZ, especially children, are left to wallow in misery and abuse, groomed from Day One to accept ‘their lot’?

There’s so much ranting about the hypocrisy of Christian values/behaviour. There’s lots of ranting that you don’t have to be Christian to have ‘good values’. Fine. Where are they? What are they? They don’t exist anywhere other than in some rare individuals, are maintained very, very privately, and only in so far as someone can prevent NZ society intruding.

We need to face this situation and make some genuine ‘progress’. But I doubt we will.

Ive just made my submission about Labour’s proposed employment law reform. Obviously we dont need sweeping changes when we have the low levels of unemployment. This bill also assumes that all business is making huge profit at the expense of the oppressed employee. You just cant get away with being a bad employer these days. Easy to be a bad employee though and getting easier.

Could America and China end up in a naval aircraft carrier war?

China is building a third carrier. This time it won’t be using the ski jump take-off system developed by Russia and used also in Britain’s latest two carriers. That reduces launched aircrafts’ fuel and thus range, and reduces the armament load a plane can carry.

The third carrier will launch Chinese J15 jet fighters by an electromagnetic launch system. This type of system, known as EMALS (for electro-magnetic aircraft launch system) is being developed by the American firm General Atomics for the US Navy’s new Gerald R. Ford-class super carriers.

China’s goal is to have four aircraft carrier battle groups in service by 2030.

The NZTA have again demonstrated their dictatorial attitude to all & sundry. 

The Far North was hit by a deluge late afternoon on Friday resulting in part of SH1 close to Pukenui suffering a washout. Fairly major it was too, creating a 20 metre-wide, 4-5m-deep hole in the road leaving Far North communities isolated. 

The road is not expected to be open until mid week which means that the area to the North is totally cut off for at least five days.  There are no alternative routes except along 90 mile beach but the imperious wankers who run the NZTA have deemed it too dangerous for ordinary mortals.

 ….”They warned against people using 90 Mile Beach, which is legally a road, because sand and tide could present safety hazards to motorists not familiar with driving in those conditions. “….. 

AND they have obviously leaned on the owners of the forestry roads leading to the beach : 

…..”Summit Forestry had also decided it would not allow vehicles other than emergency services to use a forestry road, leaving residents no option than to stay put and wait SH1 to be repaired.”….. 

BECAUSE 

…..”We don’t want local services being diverted to rescuing vehicles stuck in the sand or searching for people lost or broken down in the forest”…… 

Who the hell are the NZTA to prevent people using a legal diversion? Forbidding tourists I can understand but there are many local residents of the Far North who are being denied access to food supplies, fuel & education because of these nannies. 

Time for them to pull their bloody heads in!

Like the Gladiatorial Games @ the Colosseum, Sport has become the safety valve for a sheeple like populace to let of steam safely whilst a suffocating tyranny slowly tightens its noose.

All around them all forms of dissent are being sanitised into one giant “safe space” where only mindless hedonism and “official views” can be propagated.

If only Malcolm Turnbull could get this worked up about the gangs of negroes laying waste to that once beautiful city Melbourne.

With two rounds left to play the competition is wide open with a number of players now in the running, including Ding Liren the only undefeated player (1 win + 11 draws!).

        Yeah, which is why it produced so many world champions who were, ahem, “well rounded” – Wilhelm Steinitz, Alexander Alekhine (an anti Semite after EAD’s heart), Mikhail Tal, Bobby Fischer (another Anti Semite after EAD’s heart, and the bonus – Fischer was Jewish! ?)

  Sorry, no, my mistake, is the best of 12 games of a standard time period (I’m assuming that is still two and a half hours for each player to make 40 moves):

  Only half the number they used to play from the time Botvinnik first became champion after World War II, until Fischer defeated Spassky. And nowhere like the marathons to win six games as per Casablanca-Alekhine in 1927, or the aborted Karpov-Kasparov I match of 1984.
  
  First world championship I remember was Karpov-Korchnoi in Baguio City, Phillipines in 1978, and that went 32 games. Karpov always seemed to fade the further a match went in, and Victor the Terrible dragged himself back from 2-5 down to tie it at 5-5, but lost the next game. I had Korchnoi’s book. Amazing guy, who, as a child survived the two and a Nali year siege of Leningrad, and it sure affected his life and attitude to chess. Always a fighter!
