Working mothers and stay at home mums take note:-

I can just see this –

Early morning airbrush and comb over to make her look like the cheesy poster girl we all know –

Into the office for a quick pow-wow then off to the caucus rooms.

Instructs everybody how to behave for the next 24 hours, then tally-ho into the media scrum.

Solves all our national woes and speculates on solutions for other world woes, and winds up with:-

“I manage to look this good and do all this work today, and raise a daughter at the same time – and that’s just before lunch !!”

Now I have enormous respect for those raising children – but IT AIN’T NO PART TIME JOB !! And it’s not a job that you should do over the phone from another city.

I absolutely adore my grandchildren, but I’m always glad to hand them back to mum at the end of the day. It’s hard work keeping up with them. Unless – of course – you give them an iPad and leave them to watch Youtube kids all day!

To minimise the effort required to raise children with “Oh, I can do that and run the country at the same time” is just plain insulting to all those mothers (and fathers) who invest everything they have into their child raising efforts.

Now we are faced with a situation of having two massive jobs, Cindy should choose NOW which she is going to do properly.

  Katie Bradford reported the caucus held a required leadership vote while away on Labour’s recent retreat and Cindy accepted her position as PM unopposed.
  
  Are the individuals of Labour supporting Cindy as the best leader, or their only option.

  Any criticism of the Tooth Fairy over the next year will be called Misoginism. Once the Baby is born (what sex it will be raised as to be decided on a flip of a coin after the birth) no criticism on the raising of the baby. (Cloth or throw away nappys etc).
  Special law to be passed to give the baby (Her) a vote while being breast feed by Gayford in the Gallery. (Almond Milk only)

Red Radio (Susie) interviewed Glen Turner about the poor performance by the Pakistan cricket team. She keep insisting on asking him if their performance was due to some sort of betting scam.
In the end Glen got pissed off with her and said “You have asked me the same question different ways a number of times and I have given you my view on this” She cut him off and ended the interview. Red Radio is disgraceful.

Been hearing the Peters “selected” Liebour bully boy Grant Robertson is putting the boot into landlords.
Not a word about the legally entitled millions of dollars gouged off old age pensioners and wage earners,by the Lie-bour/Green/ Peters selected Government.
Now in accordance with the blessing of the pest for all reasons and seasons Peters. His actions and decisions have allowed over paid clowns and bully boys like Robertson to right rough shod over Landlords.
Seems with the bullying comments of Robertson sounds like being a Landlord in NZ in not a good idea.
To think the shortage of rental properties in Wellington in because of the actions and threats by the Peters selected “Coalition of Fear”on legal rental businesses,is the fault of Robertson and his gang of no hopers.
Seems Robertson is well aware of the reality of rental property shortages,as he creates a smoke screen and attempts to bully Landlords into cheap rental rates,below costs of running the property.

  I’m trying hard not to believe Labour and their supporters are quite this stupid.
  
  They hand students more money (increase demand) whilst the supply side stays static/falls (rental houses) then act all surprised when prices increase.
  
  One of them must have remembered the first few lesson about supply/demand in high school, surely?
  
  Then he wants students to “report” Landlords to him. And he’s going to do what, exactly? Demand everyone price goods and services based on what he thinks prices should be?
  
  Perhaps start with state sector workers, including politicians. Flat wage of $15 per hour. Anything more would be gouging, surely.

Consider the two GDs today an illustration of the equality fallacy.

We begin with two equal posts, with the same opportunity and potential.

Yet by the end of the day, they will be markedly different. One may be more “successful”, one may have more comments (not necessarily the same thing); one may be read by more people, or have more highlighted comments (or hidden comments) and they will certainly attract different commentators, commentary and subjects, inspiring different concerns and interests.

But that wouldn’t be fair, would it?
