Oh this is a great gotcha.

National pointed out that Labour had costed their family package to start 1 July 2018 when their policy said it would start on 1 April 2018.

Labour replied that their policy was always for it to start on 1 July 2018.

Steven Joyce replied with screenshots from the Labour website showing it saying 1 April 2018 at 10.17 am today and then saying 1 July 2018 at 2.43 pm today.

So Labour caught out not only lying but covering up also.
