I see the Government is introducing legislation requiring dangerous breeds to have their balls removed so they can’t breed, wear collars indicating their aggressive nature, with signs installed at their place of residence.

Imagine my disappointment when I learned this only applied to dogs.

  My “go to” argument when anyone brings up gun control is that it would make more sense to have single mother control.
  
  Single mothers and their associates (ie. their children, their partners, their familieis,…) with more criminal behaviour (everything from tagging to murder) than any other demographic.
  
  Rational people would not run screaming from a man carrying a shotgun. They would run screaming from a teen mother pushing a stroller.

    Most of them would have had virtually no parenting to end up that way.
    And somebody impregnated them..

  Such an interesting thing to observe.
  
  Replicated in several countries, politicians who have either outdated or extreme political beliefs, have taken over the main opposition parties. The public doesn’t really want what they want. And so the opposition party is being made irrelevant from within.
  
  I guess it’s the disadvantage of being left. You force all the views on the party that wouldn’t have cut it in the past, and slowly the party becomes a reflection of those views, until it no longer represents anything particularly palatable to the public. In fact, the only way voters find it palatable is if they aren’t particularly aware of how extreme the party really is – or don’t pay attention.

Arthur Taylor says

“Secret Witness ‘C’ appears before the High Court at Auckland for a one day hearing next Thursday 29th September. I’ve got a reasonable chance of having his name suppression lifted, and exposing the gutter rat at long last. The public will be horrified when they realise that the Crown Prosecutor and Police put someone like this as a witness of truth.Strangely the Crown Prosecutor, whom one would think would be representing the interest of justice, has filed a massive brief supporting name suppression to remain. Not only do I have to ‘shoot’ down secret witness ‘c’s taxpayer-funded lawyer, Chris Wilkinson-Smith… I’ve also got to battle the Crown, who have unlimited resources. You can draw you own conclusion as to why the Crown wants his identity secret.”

Taylor is putting a lot of effort into this, and this is a good thing. It is vital to call the Court of Appeal to account in the way they rubber stamp bad jury decisions, the murder cases alone being Bolton, Thomas, Tamihere, Pora, Bain and Lundy. Thomas Bain and Pora twice. Kenneth Gresson just hanged Bolton of course after adjudicating both trial and appeal.

Witness C in the Tamihere case said amongst other things

“He didn’t tell me exactly where the attacks took place, but that it
was in the search area. He said that they had almost been sprung by
a couple who had come across them. He didn’t say what they were
doing when this couple came across them, except that the girl was
sitting down. He didn’t say what the couple were, I just thought he
was talking about a man and a woman.
“At the time this couple came across them he said Heidi was too
terrified to say anything because the man was tied up to a tree
nearby”

Tamihere v R CA428/90 May 21 1992 Cooke, Richardson, Casey, Hardie Boys & Gault JJ wrote

“Is the new material so material that a verdict returned without
it might amount to a miscarriage of justice?
“We are quite satisfied that the answer must be no…as was clearly
recognised at the Trial, crucial to the whole case was the sighting
of the man and woman at Crosbie’s, by two trampers. They said
the man looked like Tamihere; he wore a belt with a pouch, and
was using an axe similar to those items found at Tamihere’s house;
he was putting up a tent of an unusual design, and of interest to
them, which both regarded as similar to the tent found at his house.
“The girl was remembered as similar to a photograph of Heidi
with blonde hair and fine features; and she was wearing an unusual
poncho similar again to one found at Tamihere’s house. The discovery
of such a garment and tent at his house would be a most
extraordinary coincidence. In conjunction with other matters just
described, it makes the odds against the couple being other than
Tamihere and Heidi so high as to put that possibility beyond rational
consideration.
“Once that identification is accepted, the rest of the Crown’s
evidence falls into place as convincing circumstantial proof that
the couple were murdered by Tamihere.”

So there we have it, witness C happened to describe a crime these judges believed despite a body being found 73 kms away meantime, and accepted forensically by pathologists and the crown to have been killed there.

The truth is obvious, Detective Hughes fed that crap to witness C, and bribed him with a favorable parole prospect to perjure himself.

Interestingly this same man offered /was sought his testimony in Lundy 2002 and 2015. What truth did the keystones expect on those occasions?
Considering witness X was the perjurer in Lundy 2015, and should be called to account, these court proceedings may bear on future police acts of bad faith.
Scarcely noticed is the disgusting use of secret witnesses in the Pora case, and also Thomas. They must have been perjuring themselves by axiom.

Ultimately those appeal court judges live with the consequences today and forever. But of course they don’t give a flying continental. It works every time to fool the public. My polling shows it right here.

I am genuinely interested in debating this here. Few contributors but many readers.

    My reasoning for occasionally bringing matters of public interest, matters that need changing for the good of the community is that this is the most widely read blog in the country.     for Chris Gallavin to pick the only controversial case where the guy did it to spout crap? No one bothers to seek out the obvious solutions to these cases. Witless fools roam the country, but it is true, you won’t get jailed for a crime of otheres, or murdered any time soon.

      The issue is that win or lose, witness C perjured himself under John Hughe’s instruction. For some strange reason the police, politicians, judiciary think that is just fine because D Tamihere is a bad guy. But his kids weren’t and their lives were ruined by Hughes corruption.

We made the trip down to Wellingtown last night to the centennary showing of the 1916 silent movie The Battle of the Somme, with live soundtrack provided by the NZ Symphony Orchestra (at the Michael Fowler Centre).

Absolutely stunning! The original silent B&W footage was all from the battlefield, and revealed some of the total “other world” of the brutality and primitive technology of WW1 – has to be seen to be believed.

But the performance by the NZSO was totally sublime. If it is on anywhere else around the country try to see it – absolutely unforgettable.

      Where I’m at on this is that in societies all over including Japan we’ve ditched a lot of traditional views that had stood the test of time for hundreds of previous generations and now, for some reason, we know better because we’re more “advanced.”
      
      Consequently we’re all suffering the effects in stats such as low marriage and birth rates which is mostly where these traditional beliefs were passed on. We used to be nations of families, we’re all becoming nations of disconnected individuals momentarily forming relationships then moving on.
      
      Not all traditions of course are focused on that nor affect but many do both directly and indirectly.
      
      Our collective problem is that unless you know how the program works – to have changed us from what we used to be just after the war to what we now all are – you don’t know which is which. And not many people know that.

      That’s an interesting question. I’ll have a go: a popular belief is one currently held, and recognised by a section of the populace. It may be superseded by another ‘belief’ or a variation of itself. It may be based on misinformation; it is ephemeral. But, over time it may become accepted and embedded in the framework of a society or civilisation, become a reference to history and thus to be honoured by all as a cultural belief on which the society is founded.

      Here’s what I don’t get: white males know we’re the target, but hardly any white males resist in any way the attacks made on them by the P.C. psychobabble crowd as they successively progress, one after the other, slowly, slowly, slice the elelphant, decades in the making, decades still to come. Because duh, you’re supposed to be the brainy ones, and look what you do, everytime an attack on one of those things comes up? You get all dewy eyed and weep and wail and wend your clothes in the name of this poor imaginary figment who no-one ever knew was yet another widdle victim, oh dear, that nobody had ever heard of before now. A top Chinese military technology company shocked physicists around the world this week when it announced it had developed a new form of radar able to detect stealth planes 100km away.

The breakthrough relies on a ghostly phenomenon known as quantum entanglement, which Albert Einstein dubbed “spooky action at a distance.”

Quantum physics says that if you create a pair of entangled photons by splitting the original photon with a crystal, a change to one entangled photon will immediately affect its twin, regardless of the distance between them.

A quantum radar, generating a large number of entangled photon pairs and shooting one twin into the air, would be capable of receiving critical information about a target, including its shape, location, speed, temperature and even the chemical composition of its paint, from returning photons.

That sounds similar to a normal radar, which uses radio waves, but quantum radar would be much better at detecting stealth planes, which use special coating materials and body designs to reduce the radio waves they deflect, making them indistinguishable from the background environment.

In theory, a quantum radar could detect a target’s composition, heading and speed even if managed to retrieve just one returning photon. It would be able to fish out the returning photon from the background noise because the link the photon shared with its twin would facilitate identification.

The photons had to maintain certain conditions – known as quantum states – such as upward or downward spin to remain entangled. But Ma said the quantum states could be lost due to disturbances in the environment, a phenomenon known as “decoherence”, which increased the risk of entanglement loss as the photons travelled through the air, thus limiting the effective range of quantum radar.

The CETC breakthrough benefited largely from the recent rapid development of single-photon detectors, which allowed researchers to capture returning photons with a high degree of efficiency.

Quantum radar systems could be small and would be able to evade enemy countermeasures such anti-radar missiles because the ghostly quantum entanglement could not be traced, it said…

    Reported yesterday. The electronics in the 35 are super advanced. One plane can pretty much identify all targets and then coordinate air and ground attacks. It’s more than just a fighter.There’s no doubt it’s been problematic. They’ll get there but it’s way over budget.
    They are talking about an upgrade for the F22. Better engines and fitting the electronic suite from the F35. No change to the airframe. They’ve used it in Syria and recently when two intercepted a pair of Russian fighters, they had no idea they were there until they were alongside.I’d take what the Chinese say with a grain of salt- at the moment. Never say never.
    
    Edit, sorry Icarus, as my link shows they have several operational. One flew all the way across the Atalantic recently to the UK too as they start delivery.

    I’ve just had a look at WWF, Milky. It’s interesting. The name apparently isn’t World Wildlife Fund now, except in North America.
    
    Most of the aims are worth while, but the liberals may have infiltrated WWF in the UK, where the site is into things like eating less dairy and meat, and “food miles” and focusing on eating local produce. These seem to have little to do with saving world wildlife, and cut across NZ’s economic interests.

They are regularly found in plague proportions at your nearest Pak n Save usually double parked near the front door or in the disabled space.
Viewing opportunities can be had inside the store as well around the confectionary aisle but sometimes near the soft drink area too.
The female of the species usually can be identified by the wearing of tights and jandals.

What I also don’t like about these blue on black extra judicial killings is the fact that relatives seem content to film the event from a distance rather than directly intervene, it’s as though -he’s gonna get shot but I love him just enough to film it for family records or compensation claims. Troops Prefer Trump and Even Johnson Over Clinton: New Poll

—A new poll suggests that American troops are more likely to vote for Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump or Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson than they are for Democrat Hillary Clinton.
According to the Military Times poll out Wednesday, the percentage of enlisted troops who said they would vote for Trump was 39.8% and 36.1% for Johnson.

Clinton received just 14.1% support while Green Party candidate Jill Stein was 1.3% and write-in or other third party candidates were 3.2%. The poll also found 5.5% of the troops had no plans to vote.

Hearing about Corbyn’s re-installation to the UK Labour party leadership and watching the floundering of NZ Labour’s perennial losing leader (I mean seriously, even the stupidest of idealogues wouldn’t really think that a man who can’t even win his own electorate seat has much to offer when it comes to winning a General Election).

It struck me, the Left isn’t the Left anymore. They’re a parody of themselves – they’ve morphed in a trans-gender kind of a fashion in the new Alt-Left.

Which is kind of like the Alt-Right in the US (except without their coherent set of policies and without any popular support).

I’ve picked up something on the radar recently: MGTOW. Seems similar to the “herbivorous males” of Japan.

While Europe may be letting in truck-loads of testosterone-packed immigrant males (to offset the decline in population?), Japan cannot do so without having the “purity” of its culture contaminated.

Is MGTOW self-correcting, or is it a warning sign of the kind that John B. Calhoun inferred from his rodent population experiments in the early 1960s.

Are MGTOW / herbivorous men what John B. Calhoun called “the beautiful ones” in his 1960’s mouse experiments?

  It’s not doing it by choice but by political coercion. Their politicans have never put it to a vote, as in, “vote for us if you want lots of Africans and Muslims living here,” have they. Not once, over the decades this has proceeded apace up to and including the recent massive surge, which the European politicians caused in the first place via their support through NATO of the US actioms in supporting the thugs attacking the Syrian people. Not once, in any separate democracy in Europe, was that choice ever put to the people, not once, anywhere. So that should say something to those of you who think.

  Of course but to correct a dis-ease you need to identify root cause and eliminate it. Immediate and superficial root-cause og MGTOW is porn availability. Sex is the driver behind getting together with a long term partner. Other things quickly take over, but that’s the initial driver. And web porn for free has decimated that driver. Think that’s accidental?
  
  Web-porn is not the only superficial root-cause there are others such as the respect society as a whole through its culture as expressed in media, art. etc grants to “social instituions” e.g. marriage. And as we know this has been in general decline.
  
  As for deep root-cause, do we find accidental drivers that just coalesced a bunch of random stuff and hey presto? Or do we find a design.
  
  As most know I think its the latter. I base this on the limiited territorial ubiquity (all Western nations and allies but only those and no others), the timing (last few generations and not before for hundreds if not thousands of generations and when things happen they happen simultaneously (e.g. gay marriage campaign) across all vasal nations at the same time and many other similarities which rule out random patterns.
  
  It originated in communism. Over time it’s become refined but its goal remains the same: destroy social institutions such as the family and religion so the individual relies on the state.
  
  The fact it happens only in the West and apparently the West is democratic yet it keeps happening is quite beyond to assimilate so they don’t even bother and evidently pretend they don’t notice.

FBI Finally Releases Tesla Documents on Death Ray, Ball Lightning and More

At long last, the FBI has released its document cache of files containing information on Nikola Tesla, including his inventions like death ray and ball lightning, as well as how the government obtained his notes and memos following his death.

Tesla, an inventor and innovator considered at least decades ahead of his time, predicted and helped develop an early prototype of a smartphone, among many other things.

In the Volume 100 of Popular Science Monthly in 1922, for example, Tesla predicted video calling:

“It will soon be possible to see as well as hear by means of electricity. ‘Television’ will be employed as generally as telephoning. As one listens to a voice at the other end of the line, he will also see every expression of the speaker’s face,” explained Tesla in his article.

“In a general way the instrument used for television will closely resemble the mechanism of the human eye. Success in transmitting vision depends upon four things, and of these I have already perfected two.

“The radio transmission of sound will also be developed in the future far beyond the present system. It will be possible not only for any person with a station to listen in, but also to transmit at the same time to every other station. I have already accomplished this in my experiments.”

Tesla’s experiments and inventions, and incredibly forward-thinking vision, made him the target of FBI and government surveillance. Upon his death in the midst of World War II — which had been documented January 7, 1943, though the new cache of documents suggests he didn’t pass away until the following day — the FBI rushed to seize trunk loads of his work in order to prevent anything falling into the hands of Axis forces.

But considering his inventions centered around electricity and involved the amplification of power, the United States government likely had motivations it never put to paper.

Hey, how hard is to be John Key? Not very. Yesterday in New York for instance, Key basically took an old May 2 Washington Post article written by Barack Obama, recycled it back to the Americans, and still scored headlines here at home such as: “John Key Warns US Of Risks In Failing To Ratify TPP…” That’s telling them.
For the record, here’s the link to Obama’s five month old article in which Obama made this point:

‘Building walls to isolate ourselves from the global economy would only isolate us from the incredible opportunities it provides. Instead, America should write the rules. America should call the shots. Other countries should play by the rules that America and our partners set, and not the other way around…..The longer we wait, the harder it will be to pass the TPP. The world has changed. The rules are changing with it. The United States, not countries like China, should write them. Let’s seize this opportunity, pass the Trans-Pacific Partnership and make sure America isn’t holding the bag, but holding the pen.

And here’s what Key said yesterday :

“So our view is that if TPP fails to get ratified during the ‘lame duck’ period it will be a massive lost opportunity for the United States both for their consumers and business, but also for the geopolitics of the region.….. [Key] said failure to get a TPP deal through Congress would…..potentially cause it to lose geopolitical ground to China. “Because, in the end, if that vacuum is not filled by the United States, it will be filled by someone else – it has to be…..”

So here was New Zealand, dutifully pitching in as the White House messenger to a Congress that has heard this message many times before, and been notably unimpressed by it. Throughout 2015, the Obama administration repeatedly depicted the TPP in these geopolitical terms, vis a vis China. It did so here and mid 2016, administration officials repeated this regional security theme:

“Failure to pass TPP will have an impact,” said Catherine A. Novelli, Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment. “China is actively working in Asia and has strong relationships with its neighbors and we expect this will continue. TPP provides balance in the region and sets a very high bar for transparent rules and open and fair trade.”

In April last year, Defense Secretary Ash Carter even claimed the TPP was as valuable in a strategic sense, as an aircraft carrier.

In short, Key wasn’t telling the Americans anything yesterday that they hadn’t said (and heard) themselves many, many times before.

Here’s a topic for a Sunday night. One James W. Stack read a paper in Christchurch on 4 September 1879 in which he discussed Maori language’s handling of colours. Forgive the long post, but I hope some of few find this subject interesting. ( The full paper can be read in the link at the end):

… There are only three colours for which terms exist, namely, white, black, and red. White, ma (sometimes tea—very limited application). Black, pouri, pango, mangu. Red, whero, kura, ngangana.

AND

… Ma is not only the term for whiteness and clearness, but also for all the lighter tints of yellow, grey, and green. Grey hair is called hina … every other grey object was either ma or pango, as it inclined to a lighter or darker shade.

To express blackness three terms exist, pouri, pango, and mangu. The night was pouri, and any very dark tint might be expressed by the same word. Pouri and Marama were constantly used to express opposite mental conditions. Pango and mangu were applied indiscriminately to describe anything black …

… To express the quality of redness we find whero, kura, ngangana, uraura, mumura, and in addition to these huru kehu to describe red hair, and kokowai, red ochre; but neither of these words was ever applied to describe redness in anything but human hair and ochre …

Yellow and green were recognized, not as abstract conceptions of colour, but only as they are associated with objects. Puakowhai, or kowhai flower, is the term which represents yellow; but waipakurakura is sometimes applied to yellow liquids with an orange tint = reddish-yellow.

Kakariki or kakawariki = green … the word representing green … means literally, little parrot. This word, slightly altered to kakawariki, means green lizard; and I have sometimes heard kawakawa used to describe green. Pounamu or greenstone … is sometimes used now as a colour term.

… The word matomato, often employed to express the idea of greenness in vegetation, signifies luxuriance ….

AND

Blue was not formerly recognized, as no word exists to represent it. Anything blue was classed with black …

… No words are found in the Maori language to express violet, brown, orange, and pink colours …

Call for inquiry into Niue resort contract
The Labour Party has asked the Auditor-General to investigate the awarding of a resort management contract in Niue to one of the National Party’s biggest donors.

Businessman Earl Hagaman made a large donation to the National Party two years ago, and a month later his company announced it had secured the luxury resort contract in Niue.

Foreign Affairs Minister Murray McCully said there was no link between the two events, nor $7.5 million in aid funding to expand the resort a year later.

But Labour leader Andrew Little said he had written to the Auditor-General asking for an investigation.

“There is a real issue when you look at the timing of the events, so the donation to the National Party, the awarding of the contract and then some months later a further contribution from the government to upgrade the hotel.

“It just looks murky from the outside, it looks shady, and I just think we need some answers and some assurance that there isn’t anything untoward here,” Mr Little said.

Nahed Hattar was assassinated in front the Supreme Court in Amman with local media reporting he was shot three times in the head.

      It’s a compression at somewhere around 30Newtons at the same time as the armpit skin is stretched to get as much of the lymph nodes in…
      
      As long as the speculum is at room temp, having a pap smear is probably not much different from having a finger up your bum… (or so I try & tell the hubby.. who doesn’t do Drs).

Thieves target Auckland Council candidate

Thieves ransacked an Auckland Council candidate’s Mt Eden home as he and his family slept, before taking a trailer off his car, which was full with election billboards, and driving off in it.
…
The Albert-Eden candidate said he went to bed at midnight and someone broke into his house sometime before 9am when his family got up.

“They crept through the house while my wife, daughter and I were sleeping in it,” he said.

“They passed within two metres of our bedrooms.”

That’s pretty scary.

A horrible day in the office…

North Sydney crane collapse leaves workers hanging inside dangling boom

Three workers left dangling by their safety harnesses inside the boom of a crane that collapsed atop a North Sydney building site have been rescued.

Fire and Rescue New South Wales Inspector Ron James said emergency services were called to the crane collapse at Arthur Street about 11:30am, with reports that three people were trapped.

“On arrival, we found the boom of the crane was hanging over the side of the building with three people [hanging] inside the boom,” Inspector James said.

Check out the photos – these guys would’ve been crapping themselves…
