Whale Oil has a copy of the Rotorua Labour accounts.

It shows:

$770 income for the entire year!
$10,542 of expenses
So expenses are 13 times their income!
Debt of $2,946 from the 2014 election

This is in a seat Labour used to hold. Now they can’t even raise $1,000.
