because that’s what happened pre-Christianity,

We are not discussing conjectures of ancient history we are discussing things that happened in living memory .

You think little kids have only ever been fucked by Catholics, even though fucking of kids was normal in pre-Christian times,

Again we are living in 2016 not in 210 bc these things were done by people who are often alive today and their victims are here now. It is not the abuse I find most offensive it is the church hiding the abuse and allowing it to continue unchecked for decades despite being fully aware of what was happening within its ranks .

You miss the point that your church is no better than any one else in any way in some ways it has been worse than the secular world in recent memory withing the sphere of the west .

As such you have no right to claim on ownership of morality or seek to enforce your views of right on wrong on anyone .
