The internet is actually a as bigger paradigm shift as the printed word was .
Mankind will one day look back and marvel at its effects just as we look back at the changes the printing press brought about .
Not all good but definitely a quantum shift in the way we disseminate knowledge .
They do make an effort to teach kids critical thinking skills in evaluating the relative value of information which is extremely important IMHO

I couldn’t find it, unfortunately, but found this article instead:

There are actually consultants out there who specialise in teaching business professionals how to do small-talk. Easy to see why.

What we all need to be careful of is the subtle disinformation. Like believing or valuing Wikipedia in favour of real encyclopedias. For example.
