What does he expect to achieve through this? Does he actually want the problem of gang crime to be addressed, or is his interest solely in reminding everybody how clever and knowledgeable he is? He has never explained why he thought it preferable to publicly gloat over the error, an approach which was likely only to result in entrenched positions, rather than to point it out to the Minister’s office, enabling them to quietly correct it and reconsider their approach in a more informed way. Does he think good, thoughtful policy decisions are more likely to be made, the more a Minister is embarrassed and under media pressure?

Will TTIP Get Terminated? Negotiations Falter as Europe Balks

As EU-US trade talks flounder, France doesn’t rule out ‘an outright termination of negotiations’

Almost 3 million people across Europe have signed a petition calling on the European Commission to scrap the agreement.

While public opposition to the TransAtlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP)—the massive proposed “trade” deal between the European Union and the United States—has grown steadily since negotiations started two years ago, new signs suggest that official government backing is also faltering across Europe.

In an interview with French regional newspaper Sud Ouest published Monday, Junior Trade Minister Matthias Fekl said TTIP negotiations were favoring American interests and “either weren’t advancing or were progressing in the wrong direction.”

“If nothing changes, it will show that there isn’t the will to achieve mutually beneficial negotiations,” he said, before adding: “France is considering all options including an outright termination of negotiations.”

Meanwhile, a group of more than 55 UK members of parliament (MPs) has signed onto a motion expressing major concerns about the mammoth trade pact, which civil society groups have dubbed a corporate giveaway. Caroline Lucas, the Green Party MP, put forward the Commons motion, and it has now been signed by every member of the Scottish National Party group at Westminster, as well as the Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn and his Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell.

Politico’s Paul Ames wrote of the “cooling ardor on both sides of the Atlantic” earlier this month, saying that since talks began in July 2013, the trade deal “has lost some of its shine.”

“Concern over the impact of TTIP has united disparate groups,” he wrote, “from French farmers to German constitutional lawyers and politicians on the left and right.”

Almost 3 million people across Europe have signed a petition calling on the Commission to scrap the agreement.

Last week, the Oxford-based group ‘We Own It,’ which deals with national issues surrounding public services, held a demonstration against the proposed TTIP, warning that it could lead to private businesses being too heavily involved in public services.

Cat Hobbs, an organizer with the group, told the Oxford Mail: “The idea is that it would open up new markets to private companies and the reality here is that it’s going to open up public services to private companies. Multi-national corporations’ rights will become more important than ours.”

The USA is embarking on a large scale export of LNG (concentrated gas is easier to transport in bulk) to world markets – targets Japan and Europe. They are building export facilities across the USA for this purpose.

They are producing it at a large discount to current market prices so will make a large profit on it.

The question is, how many shares in Bank Of America does Kiwibank Asset Management Ltd have? If the Prime Minister actively pursues NZ’s interests then clearly he will be seen to be pursuing his own pecuniary advantage for no reason other than the secret deal between him and Bill English concerning the ownership of the NZ Post shares.

Sneakily, he is actively promoting the interests of the Bank Of America in the full knowledge that Kiwibank Asset Management Limited as a substantial holding in Bank of America and, consequently, Kiwibank’s overseas investments will dramatically increase. The subtlety of all this is ingenious. The Prime Minister clearly diverts attention from the secret deal he has with Bill English while at the same time titillating Penelope Bright’s paranoid delusions that the Prime Minister spends every waking moment of his life focused on the improvement in value of Bank of America stock.

He didn’t and doesn’t nasska. Some of the sheeple bleat he did precisely that but if you look at what he has said and does say specifically back in January, he is very clear.

The sheeple conflate the fact he always talks about the downside with hallucinating that therefore he predicts rain all the time. If the fools actually opened their ears and listened to what he was ACTUALLY saying rather than quickly skimming and ASSUMING he was just, once again, saying the same old thing, again and again they would see that what I have just said is the case. But it suits their narrative or rather, their cognitive dissonance, not so to read, but to hallucinate, so they do.

Just like they hallucinate Syria is about Assad being mean to his people, Gaddaffi the same, and so on and so forth.

Consequently, when the train goes splat, they’ll all be astounded. Where the fuck did THAT come from, they will bleat.

EAD is a fan of the 7 year market crash theory, loosely based on the historic concept of debt forgiveness every seven years – concept of renewal of economic activity.

On this occasion there was convergence with a Jewish jubilee/shemitah – that follows 7 7th years.

The problem with trying to find patterns to the apocalyptic downfall of the bad establishment is lapsing into the role of false prophet – due to a hydra head of wish fulfilment/trying to pose as more knowing/reassurance in historic patterns.

When I made the call, everyone on this blog was basking in the glow of the so called “rock star” economy. I told them why it was all bullshit and that in less than 9 months time we would be starting a deeper economic crisis than 2008.

And how I was laughed at and ridiculed. Well look now at the tsunami of economic shocks that has been hitting us the past 3 months. China is in full blown crisis, politicians are talking about banning cash and even locally here more than a third of NZ farmers are insolvent (defined as there operating cash flow can’t meet their expenses).

I honestly think Nasska is at home waiting for a single day 10% crash in world share markets and the talking bobbleheads to tell him we are at the start of a depression before he would admit I was exactly right.

Whats going to be really interesting is to watch their explanations for the group political goings on in Syria over the next few months. The cognitive dissonance and mental gymnastics is going to make their minds hurt as they try to make it fit their set in stone narratives.

“If you listen very carefully to what President Obama said today, he said that there was essentially a sort of multi-staged way of carrying out changes in Syria,” said Mr Key.

“And it was very much along the lines that both elements of concern in Syria would need to change over time, but not necessarily as a starting point. That’s really where New Zealand is at.”

Add it up and you get $135 million. If the Clintons made $230 million, spent $135 million and have just $45 million left over, what happened to the other $50 million?
