CTU thinks increasing taxes helps the economy!

In this article on the economy, the CTU economist says:

The Government’s unwillingness to loosen purse strings, raise more revenue, thereby holding back growth in the economy

This says a lot about the CTU view – they are against hard working NZers getting to keep more of their money. Also they go against almost every mainstream economist who will say that tax cuts increase economic growth, and tax increases dampen it.
