Many many years ago I learned to take no – repeat no – notice of zealots of any type. ANY type!!

Consequently i have, so far, reached the threshold of my 80s without any old jogging, rugby, tennis, cycling, or other violent activity injuries. Just like nature intended, eh?

And during those 79 years I have seen, and lost count of, many, many fads and foibles – all guaranteed by their exponents to prolong or enhance one’s life or enjoyment of life.

(Memo to Jocks, Joggers, Gym Bunnies, and other odd forms of so-called active life- Its all a con-job by the manufacturers of running shoes and gym gear. Don’t be taken in by it!! I haven’t!)

The best documentary I have seen like, forever. They are absolutely wonderful to watch in this day and age – good on them. They will have a new dedicated follower in me. Thanks so much for that DF. (watch out Kath and Kim)

They single out sugar when they should also be focusing as much on meat and dairy consumption. Go figure.
