Winston visits Dotcom

Mr Peters was first asked about it on Waitangi Day and told The Diary’s Rachel Glucina that rumours he had been there three times were “false” but he refused to specify if he’d been there at all.

I can understand Key not wanting to admit he reads the Herald, but he or one of his staff obviously does – probably to keep track of all the other bullshit it quotes of Winston Peters’, for example, that John Key has memory fades, like whether he read the Police report on John Banks. Everyone, Winston, is well aware John Key has stated categorically that he had not, and would not read the report, for obvious reasons of prevarication [similar to Winston’s initial response to questions on Dotcom].
It is Winston, in old age, who apparently has the memory fades, like the Diary phoning him on Waitangi Day.
Dotcom – Only four people knew – along, apparently, with those who spread the rumours the Diary picked up on 🙂

TVNZ NEWS – After the January 2012 raids on Dotcom’s mansion, Mr Peters thought the internet mogul should be booted out of the country.

But then he changed his mind.

“It was after I put out a press statement saying that he should not be in this country, and he wanted to put his side of the story. And that’s fair enough in my books,” Mr Peters said today.

“So I went out to find out what his side of the story was, and funny enough, things are not what they seem on that matter.”

If they had the power, would Winston Peters join Greens Co-Leader Russell Norman to block any deportation of Kim Dotcom?

HERALD Editorial – Confirmation of the Internet Party’s withdrawal if it underperforms, coupled with questioning of the Labour and Greens leaders on their willingness to stop his extradition if in power, has been unhelpful.

To the contrary – we now more clearly see the colour of the Greens and Labour.

Add the fact that Winston Peters – he of the Owen Glenn secret shambles – joined the sad trail to Coatesville and the conspiracy deepens. … revealing how far Winston will go to try and dig the dirt on John Key.

The media, urged along by Peters, are demanding that John Key reveal the source of his information about Peters’ visits to the rental property at Coatesville. Have they thought this through?

Journalists treasure their sources as MP’s do parliamentary privilege. If they are going to demand that the PM reveal a source, will they? Will Andrea Vance reveal who leaked the draft Kitteridge Report? Will Nicky Hager reveal the source of the Brash e-mails? We all know the answer to that.

But it goes further. If Key is forced to reveal the source of the Peters/Dotcom story (and he has categorically stated that it did NOT come from any government agency), will Peters be compelled to reveal the source of the Winebox documents. And what about Phil Goff and Person A? The Labour Party would be deeply embarrassed if the truth about that came out.

No; in true Winston fashion, they are shooting from the lip…

Winston at one point said “NO”, to the question being “Have you been to see Dotcom three times, in one year?”, because it actually was over a two year period.
How very John Bankseque of him – the technical truth you tell when you aren’t telling the truth at all.
It’s like saying you don’t pay your rates, when the courts have ruled the ACC owns a portion of your house because you haven’t paid your fucking rates 🙂

The year is 2022. The Govt of the day is a Labour / Green coalition.

Back in 2014 – one might have been forgiven not foreseeing the slippery slope that was to come after a tax was levied on ‘sugary drinks’ of 20%. It was estimated that this new tax would prevent 67 deaths from cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and diet-related cancers per year.

Sugar ? Hah !! Banned. Fat limited to scientifically and medically recommended daily limit.

Obesity was outlawed and offenders who gained fat without a legit medical condition went to boot camp for intensive weight correction and re-education through hard aerobics and cross-fit combined with restricted food energy intake until such time as they reached their required healthy weight range again. Severe punishment for hardcore malcontents consisted of solitary. One solitary meal per day until they got with the exercise programme.

Rates of weight-related health problems dropped dramatically. Suicide and self-harm cases, clinical depression and domestic violence increased sharply.

…will Peters be compelled to reveal the source of the Winebox documents.

Or will he be compelled to reveal the source of who leaked to him about Dunne? I don’t think some in the media will be very keen on that, especially the journalist who leaked to Peters out of jealousy at not getting the leak scoop.

My point exactly Pete. Demanding that Key reveal his source is the top of a very steep and slippery slope for MP’s and journalists alike. In the rush to make Winston happy and get a headline for his beat-up against the PM, they have opened themselves up for either a complete transformation of their profession, or accusations of hypocrisy.

To their credit there was a lot of media derision directed at Peters over his refusal to answer questions on Wednesday, and for very Corrin Dann yesterday there were multiple criticisms of the patheticness of Peters.

Patrick Gower:

Peters has accused Key of using GCSB to spy on him. Unbelievable these guys might be in Government together.

And Paddy gave a good indication he knew the obvious:

Dotcom bodyguard Wayne Tempero has quit. So have some other security staff.

There is as much chance of the GCSB spying on Winston as there is of Winston being straight and truthful.

Where might this be leading? I suspect that it won’t have a good outcome for the Large German Gentleman 😛

According to a new story from the Associated Press, Facebook has bowed to pressure from liberal ‘lobby groups’ and is updating their service to allow a choice of 50 different “genders” which users can choose from that best suits their sexual identity.

MENLO PARK, Calif. (AP) — You don’t have to be just male or female on Facebook anymore. The social media giant is adding a customizable option with about 50 different terms people can use to identify their gender as well as three preferred pronoun choices: him, her or them.

Facebook said the changes, shared with The Associated Press before the launch on Thursday, initially cover the company’s 159 million monthly users in the U.S. and are aimed at giving people more choices in how they describe themselves, such as androgynous, bi-gender, intersex, gender fluid or transsexual.

As a spokesman from Focus On The Family points out, there are only two genders; the rest is wishful thinking and imaginary gender self assignment.

“Of course Facebook is entitled to manage its wildly popular site as it sees fit, but here is the bottom line: It’s impossible to deny the biological reality that humanity is divided into two halves – male and female,” said Jeff Johnston, an issues analyst for Focus on the Family, an influential national religious organization based in Denver. “Those petitioning for the change insist that there are an infinite number of genders, but just saying it doesn’t make it so. That said, we have a great deal of compassion for those who reject their biological sex and believe they are the opposite sex.”

Labour seem to have re-employed Trevor Mallard’s muckraking, or he has unleashed himself. He has been used for the two Parliamentary weeks this year to try and dredge up tired old crap, looking tired and looking like crap when he does it.

And Labour’s number twenty seven ranked MP was pushing crap on Breakfast this morning. When challenged he indicated he didn’t believe what he had just suggested.

It’s sad sack politics, like a punch drunk old boxer.

David Cunliffe must either be supporting the old Mallard mutt being unleashed, or he is not controlling his caucus.

Academics are not politicians, they tend to be insulated inside acadamia. They suggest what they think will work on a specific issue and in the case of soft drinks they’re right, increasing tax/prices will probably reduce consumption.

But they are not considering whether it’s politically or socially acceptable or practical.

Putting a 90% tax all calories over your daily recommended level – see http://www.my-calorie-counter.com/Calorie_Calculator.asp# – would significantly reduce obesity. But it would be ludicrous in the real world.

The whole subject is out of bounds and not to be discussed under any circumstances, apart from when the Prime Minister is asked how he knows that Winston Peters visited the Dotcom mansion three times.

Speaking of which, keep pushing those devil-beasts at the Dotcom mansion narratives. Repeat "dirty-deal-Dotcom-extradition" till you're rosette-blue in the face. That will turn it into a fact. And remember, their deals are dirtier than ours, because our deals aren't dirty at all because of MMP and so on.

Operation Tricky (see last bulletin) meanwhile continues. Just don't overdo it. The focus groups thought the Revenue Minister "stank the place out a bit" by calling Mr Cunliffe tricky three hundred times in a five-minute speech. We don't want the enemy to twig that calling them tricky is our core electoral strategy.

In summary, and say after me: Hardworking families Dotcom mansion dirty extradition ordinary New Zealanders tricky Labour fruitloop Greenies return to surplus in 2014. Should get us over the line. Hands in the middle!

Can someone quietly look into whether there is any truth in these reptilian alien claims? If John Key were to be a reptilian alien would that play better with the left or the centre? What's our line on the latest Air NZ safety video? On the traffic-light squeegitsus?

Have we asked the Prime Minister if he stands by all his statements? Is the gaffer tape holding on Goffy over that trade deal? What's our view on Shirley Temple? Can we leverage the Danish giraffe execution scandal? That seemed kind of arrogant.

He bowled with good pace in the ODIs, will likely be more penetrative with the ball than Anderson, just scored 150 in a FC game and hammered some lower order runs in the ODIs. Plus just got picked up for 200k in the IPL.

Agreed, but bowling first in Auckland did nothing for India either, NZ have been fairly consistent in their batting against the WI and Indian series to date (bar Rutherford and Fulton) and the second innings flop in Auckland. Heres hoping we can handle what Sharma and co deliver up at the basin.

It’s amazing how little attention this is getting anywhere, especially in the countries who will get fcuked the hardest.

Australia has its lips attached to these corporate a$$holes at the expense of its people and people are too ignorant or too apathetic to say boo.

But of course when Central Banks gives these Bankers access to newly printed billions, they gave them all the interest free loans they need to become manipulators of markets. And if you understand real economics (not the perverted Keynesian type) all this is being done under the cover of a great lie. The lie is that Central Banks must “stimulate the economy” to create jobs and produce growth. Instead, we have gotten the greatest financial fraud in world history. Why is the 1% becoming much more wealthy every day, while real jobs are not created? Because if YOU want a loan, you pay a bank interest rate, if the bank wants a loan, it gets it for free.

Banks should be utilities that serve the public, small business, and enable capitalism to work, they should not be CAPITALISM!

Re Dotcom and Clare Curran:

Labour MP Clare Curran, who hails from the Deep South, was at Dotcom’s Coatesville estate “at least twice, and once with a large suitcase”, a source said. She caught a taxi once and was chauffeured another time. But why the baggage?

Curran confirmed she did go to the mansion twice, but can’t recall travelling heavy.

“I was probably on my way to or from home,” she told The Diary.

As to what was discussed, Curran won’t divulge. “At that time I was spokesperson for ICT and I meet with a lot of people.”

Her leader, David Cunliffe, assured The Diary “there has been no discussion with Dotcom from any member of my Labour caucus about a deal or financial contribution to the Labour Party”.

How much cash can you carry in a large suitcase?

BAD NEWS KEEPS FOLLOWING KIM

Dotcom has endured abysmal album reviews, a botched foray into politics, a broken ankle and MP mates scarpering for cover. His bodyguard Wayne Tempero left his employ in October, and now four security men have walked off the job. They resigned last Saturday.

Dotcom is relying on the strict enforcement of confidentiality agreements to ensure former employees won’t squeal and reveal anything private.

“They resigned because they have had a better job offer,” he told The Diary.

As for Tempero, Dotcom admits he could no longer afford to pay him what he was earning. “Wayne resigned because he was getting half the pay of what he was getting two years ago and he couldn’t sustain that. He is starting his own company. We are still friends.”

It’s amazing how little attention this is getting anywhere, especially in the countries who will get fcuked the hardest.

EAD, if the media started critiquing the banks as they deserve to be critiqued, where would they get finance from?

For example, not that many people seem to know that when Murdoch was young he became Lord Beaverbrook’s protege who introduced him to the Rothschilds. When you have access to unlimited finance, it’s not too hard to see how he built Newscorp, is it. And this also explains why you’ll never read about anything significant to do with that family, in the Murdoch stable. After all, everyone knows Murdoch choses political sides, like he did with Blair and now Cameron. Why wouldn’t he do it with the people who provide him with his lifeblood?

It’s a shame that most people don’t seem to realise that perception management isn’t limited only to politics. But then again, most people have stood by with nary a peep as the western economies go to hell in a handbasket and all most of them can do, it seems, is continue with their lives as if nothing at all has been happening.

I’ve been down the road of trying to be a source of information on these issues. I’ve generally been met with the view that I just fell off a spaceship!

I ask them:
1. Do you believe that the Nats who, despite talk of austerity and “balancing the budget” at some time far off into the future, are still borrowing $10 billion a year are in any way serious about cutting New Zealand’s massive national debt despite nearly 6 years in power?
2. And suppose Cunlife and Norman & the rest were to get in in this year, do you think this would usher in a new golden era of fiscal responsibility?
3. Either way, what do you think is going to happen to the economy, house prices, public services, law and order etc when interest rates resume their natural level?
4. Looking around the world, do you see any evidence anywhere that speech is getting freer, liberties are being defended, economies are becoming less constrained, taxed and regulated, markets less blatantly rigged and manipulated, the banker/corporatist/lawyer class less bloated and cushioned, fiat currencies less debased, resources more sensibly allocated?

You don’t need to be a particularly virulent pessimist to notice something phoney about this glorious economic recovery we’re supposedly experiencing. All you need to understand is that since the 2008 crash, nothing has been done to address the terrifying underlying problem that got us there: governments are spending far too much money we haven’t got on crap we can’t afford.

This can only end very, very nastily.

Still there is hope. Sometimes I come across an article so well written like the one below which I share round and for some, the scales fall from their eyes. Most just shrug and go back to sleep.

Um – let’s unravel some of this bullshit. You eat carbohydrate or protein – insulin is released – it goes in the old fuel tank. And once that’s full – the rest goes into your big fat arse or gut or select sausage skin bodypart. If you ate nothing but fat – no insulin response – lack of insulin tells the body to use the fat for fuel.

So – where’s the relationship between artificial sweetener – a substance that is officially safe but has many detractors (and I therefore wouldn’t know if it’s evil or not) – and an insulin spike that causes more food energy to be metabolised ? That’s right – there’s no relationship between the two.

What exists on the internet with 100% certainty – are crackpot theories about insulin that claim that insulin levels determine how much of what ‘sticks’ and what is ‘magically ignored’ in the absence of insulin.

These are usually ‘low-carber’ diet cranks. The Scone is the KB resident low-carb fruitcake and best mate of Ken Ring and Penny Bright. I hope Sofia isn’t The Scone in disguise or his best mate at the ‘low-carber’ club. They believe as an article of faith more than reason that a low-carb high fat diet – all you can eat fat content – is just the ticket for cutting a trim figure. Without high insulin production, so the assertion goes, only a given quantity of fat and protein will be taken up by the body, the rest ‘has no effect’ – what happens to it I hear you ask ? Magic. Dismissed by lots of sciency types as bollocks and a total misrepresentation of the role of insulin.

Bottomline – No carb, no protein, all fat diet ? No insulin increase – but body does not need insulin to use the fat. Artificial sweetener or no artificial sweetener.

Bound to get a response. It’s more akin to religious faith for low-carbers. They’re a strange breed.

The USA used to have the worlds biggest gold collection at in Fort Knox but that hasn’t been audited in over 40 years. Do you think the US Dollar is going to stay the World’s reserve currency when they are printing $65billion per month to pay for their welfare/warfare state?

The comparison with the New Zealand novel and film was made by Detective Neil Kitchen at the conclusion of 53-year-old Patrick Kohu’s trial at the High Court in Nelson in December.

Today Justice David Collins sentenced Kohu to 16 years in jail with a non-parole period of eight years.

American Humanist Association demands students stop feeding starving kids.

“The American Humanist Association sent that message to a school in Robbinsdale, Minn., accusing them of violating the U.S. Constitution by allowing students to participate in a community service project at a church that involved preparing meals for impoverished children in Haiti.

The humanists got their britches in a bunch after the family of a student at the School of Engineering and Arts objected to the project being held at Calvary Lutheran Church.

The humanists took special offense to biblical terminology used to describe the mission to feed starving children.
“The school has clearly violated the Establishment Clause,” AHA attorney Monica Miller wrote in a threatening letter to the school and district officials. “By sending public school children under your authority to a religious environment – to work with a religious organization that is on a religious mission – is a violating of the First Amendment principle of church-state separation.”

The humanists took special offense to biblical terminology used to describe the mission to feed starving children.

“The packages involved were called ‘manna’ packages, after the edible substances that, according to the Bible, God provided for the Israelites,” attorney Miller wrote.

She was also dutifully offended that Calvary Lutheran Church – looked like a church, noting the “venue involved included extensive religious imagery and symbolism.”

To illustrate her point, the letter to school officials featured damning photograph evidence – including images of a choir clad in robes, stained glass windows, and (brace yourself) a steeple. Oh, the horror!”

Paul Henry and the PM also talk, Hulun used to talk to Paul Holmes every week and she used to give out her private number to her journo favs, every single journalist in the Press Gallery talks to Key, including Barry Soper; etc etc etc etc.

What’s the issue?

SPC – to an extent but most of the time it will be obvious if it could be related to Key or not.

In the last year I’ve talked to Banks, Dunne, Clark, Woodhouse, Turei, Curran (that I can remember off hand) and I’ve emailed and tweeted and messaged with others including Peters – recently Collins, Joyce for example. And 95% or more of what I comment and blog has no connection to any of those communications.

Similarly Slater covers many more topics than those that could be sourced from Key.

The ability of the PM and the PM’s office to remain above the fray (say releasing dirt on their enemies), while leaking information to whaleoil, has been compromised.

Communicating with the mainstream media is in a different category, as is it cannot be used in the same way without the MSM being aware of the practice (the tarnishing of the image of those who are known to do this).

Vanaveer Bush was the first scientist to conceptualise the world wide web. As many know, while the http protocol was invented by CERN, the technology was propagated by DARPA so the US military would have an unbreakable comms network that would remain usable in the event of a nuclear exchange since the network survives even if multiple nodes are taken out. But curiously the PTB didn’t (apparently) calculate what exactly would happen once human minds got hold of such a thing and all sorts of inconvenient information started being shared. Which just goes to show the PTB aren’t infallible all the time, even if they do have all the resources in the world at their fingertips.

But along comes DARPA to the rescue, to plumb the deep web and once again make the world a safer place for the PTB. Hooray! Naturally they claim the only reason they’re doing it is for “human wights,” but who believes that, these days?

Only in your own mind SPC and in the minds of screaming lefties who can’t think straight anyway, and who cares about them?

Sadly I’m sure this will be an item on the telly tonight, as the screaming lefties in the “news”rooms try to convince the viewers that Key is evil and needs to be taken out by righteous indignation with a side order of galloping mentalism.

Reid, so the resort to the classic dividing line between those who do, or do not think straight, the appeal to tribal self belief.

Christians think straight, others don’t, the political right think straight, the political left don’t and of course Putin think’s straight because there is the gulag for those who do not.
