LRC, I dropped back my number of runs and increased the intensity hugely. I have taken nearly 3 minutes of a run in 2 weeks. There is increasing evidence that short intense workouts are better than longer duration lower intensity. I have always found that works best from experience.

LRC, you won’t find me arguing with results. There is often more than one way of getting to the same goal. As a runner you will know that the only person you need to prove anything to is yourself. I am really enjoying feeling fit again. The mental effect is more noticeable than the physical. Calmer and clearer.

Fucking hopeless. Its not a question of debate, its a question of one issue trolls infesting GD with their obsessive hatred of Christianity or their insistence that we should all bow down and worship Gaia or that we should all acknowledge the superiority of Islam over Christianity.

It was not always this way. Until the secular progs started to feel threatened, things were a little less excitable, but since the progs have felt their grip on our culture weakening, they have turned vicious and viral.

Since the Conservatives are not going to retreat, I can’t see it getting any better.

Progs are the problem. The feel they’re losing and they’re getting nervous and frantic. You can tell that not only from the quantity of their posts, but also from their quality.

‘Steve Taylor’ then got on and made a sound rebuttle argueing that they only need something like 180k of votes to get the 5%. He then made several more solid comments to others giving reasons they’ed easily get 5%.

And that last election, unheard of, they got 2.8% —- a 60% chance of getting over 5%!

The Pacific Islanders will mostly give electorate votes to Labour and party votes to the Conservatives. A lot of Catholics ect will not give Labour a party vote due to there being a reasonable Christian party. The non-religious conservatives will party vote as a blocking tactic against Nationals weaknesses.

Conservatives have a voice RRM – and they won’t waste the opportunity. 😎

That’s what i say to young ones who tell me that the big bang was caused by 2 dimensional walls touching, the only evidence they put forward to me is the temperature variance in the cmbr. In the end i tell them it’s a theory as it can’t be replicated in the lab and several assumptions have to be put in place first. Same deal.
