Last night over 800,000 Australians watched in shock as Channel 7 introduced us to Wesley Warren Jr.

The documentary The Man With The Biggest Testicles, followed the 49-year-old Las Vegas man as he battled to get an operation to fix his rare medical condition called extreme scrotal elephantiasis, a condition which resulted in his testicles weighing over 60 kgs.

Ouch, ouch, ouch.
