Banks is being prosecuted by a convicted tax fraudster and blackmailer.

It takes a fraudster to know a fraudster.

I thought Banks was a Christian….so telling porkies is consistent with his Christian beliefs?

It’s pretty hard to find a Christian to rise to the bait at this time of the night ross69….by now they’ll all be pissed as chooks & tucked up in God’s arms. 🙂

Christianity is conflicted about truth. On the one hand they are told that the truth will make you free, but on the other hand one of the central characters of the gospel narrative is involved in several acts of deception.

I suggest you have a good, hard look at para [45].

You’re not someone who purports to be a lawyer – are you – ANONYMOUS ‘Keeping Stock’?

I for one, think it is a DISGRACE that it has taken a private citizen to finish the job which the Police did not, and get John Banks in Court on this matter of alleged electoral fraud.

Why should MPs – who make the law – not be held accountable to the law, and be treated as if they’re some form of ‘protected species’?

Good to see the principle of ‘one law for all’ being applied to the Leader of the ACT Party – AT LONG LAST?

Erm … I’m sorry, I must have missed the part where John Banks was found guilty in this case. Because that’s how you’re talking Penny – as if he is guilty, before he has had his days in court.

And is appearing in court something to be ashamed of, Penny? How many times have you appeared in court? 23 or so, isn’t it? So I guess that makes you even more ‘dodgy’ than John Banks.
