The HP Winter Garden

Up until 23 October, if you are in Auckland near the Wynyard Quarter you might see a new temporary structure – the HP Winter Garden.

It has a cafe with Kokako, a local Fairtrade Organic Coffee Roaster plus a range of cold drinks sourced from artisan beverage companies across New Zealand and a selection of pizza by the slice from Il Buco in Ponsonby.

Plus it has free wifi for anyone to use, as well as lots of tech stuff you can try out and play with.

I’m blogging it because I always have problems getting Internet connectivity in Auckland. Ponsonby and St Marys Bay are really bad for Vodafone data coverage. Drives me crazy. Usually I head to Queen Street and position myself in a Starbucks. But I have to say I like the look of this much more!
