Initial hints that it could be a major reshuffle were being hosed down yesterday, amid suggestions there was strong resistance from Left-leaning MPs facing demotion.
The reshuffle will be an interesting test of how strong Goff can be. His frontbench is comprised entirely of former Ministers from the Clark Government and he is 20%+ behind in the polls. It is obvious he needs to make significant changes.
