“In the African language of Sesotho, Bloemfontein means “place of Cheetahs” and the All Blacks have responded in kind with the naming of their team to face South Africa.”

Except it means nothing of the sort. Bloemfontein is ducth made up out of the words Bloem or flower and fontein or fontain

However the Sesotho name for Bloemfontein is Mangaung which means the place of the Cheetahs..

I had no idea what Bloemfontein means but it doesn’t take much of a look to see it doesn’t look of African origin.

Ten seconds on Wikipedia explains it. The wiki is criticised but it’s a lot more reliable than our newspapers or TV for accuracy.

I see the lying mainstream media, not ashamed of their partisan effort to elect the fraud Obama, are pulling out all stops to defend him from questions about his eligibility.

Remember this one fact readers, above all else, these people posing as journalists are the worst kind of yellow liars, and everything they tell you on this issue will be a lie.

The biggest lie they will tell you is that Obama has produced his birth certificate.

He has not.

He should though, for its all he has to do to make this whole thing go away.

Remember.

I have always claimed the media are corrupt.

The lies they will tell on this issue, warming up to be the biggest news story the US has seen in decades, prove once and for all that there are almost no real journalists out there any more and that the left have infiltrated the profession and are using it to propagandize for their ideology.

True journalists would be acting for the people and demanding that any POTUS should show the full birth certificate, a task so simple it is unbelievable Obama should spend hundreds of thousands to avoid doing so.

It makes it clear to me that the first step to restoring real democracy is to cleanse the mainstream media of socialist liars posing as journalists. The current mainstream media must be driven to bankruptcy and real reporters and journalists must replace the current gang of deceitful liars.

The most recent move the stinking yellow media have adopted is to name those who wish to see the US Constitution upheld as “Birthers”.

For the uninitiated, this is a term used by the media to ridicule those who believe that Obama has not ever produced the long form birth certificate showing full details of his birth, and is therefore ineligible to be president in the first place.

Remember, the bottom line to this issue is that Obama can stop all of the questioning by simply producing the long form certificate, and not the Certification Of Live Birth that he has tried to pass off as a birth certificate. The same document his half sister who freely admits to being born in Indonesia has produced.

Obama produces his true Birth Certificate, and it confirms what is shown on the Certification of Live Birth, the case is closed.

All this effort to try and delegitimise Obama based on a technicality smacks of petty mindedness. I am reminded of the Lefts effort to try and claim that GWB stole the 2000 election and essentially the US experienced some sort of coup. If you thought that was ridiculous and desperate then you should also think that the whole ‘Obama is not a US citizen’ campaing is equally silly.

The US Constitution demands that the US President be born in The US. I happen to believe that Constitution to be the most important factor, much more important than the ambitions of a snivelling transitory socialist scumbag who has managed to hide every detail of his past life from the public.

It is the job of journalists to demand accountability from politicians. They are so in the tank for this charlatan it is a crime, and if there is ever a civil war or any kind of armed uprising, these yellow scum, who have betrayed their profession to their ideology, should be the first to swing from sturdy lamp posts by their necks and strong hemp ropes.

Red flag? I hope you are just over doing your ranting. If your attitude is really as you sometimes express it that raises serious concerns. Weatherston had a warped view – you come across as differently warped but potentially dangerous, even if you limit yourself to spewing and inciting hatred, violence, and murder. The sad thing is there are plenty more who really mean this sort of thing in the US. And probably here.

Americans will soon realise there are no pixies printing money, and when BHO starts printing greenbacks to pay the bills and makes the USD tank even further, they’ll soon turf him out. Sadly, the right in the US isn’t doing itself any favours. They should be reorganising now to put the Bush years behind them and appeal to a broader base, so they can take back the white house at the next election.

Cerium I think redbaiter is doing a fair job of showing that all is not right about Obama, and trying to open a few more eyes about him. Birth certificate aside he has some disturbing affiliations, particularly with democrats who blocked regulation of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac which could have largely prevented the sub-prime crises in the USA. For any who think the GFC can be blamed on Bush and his administration you should research the Community Reinvestment Act that mandates sub-prime loans for low-income borrowers. Effectively they act makes it discrimination not to lend to uncreditworthy borrowers.

Thousands of good and brave men fought and died so that others could write the Constitution and that document would underpin the government of the United States.

These socialist scum posing as journalists who are trying to destroy the Constitution should be resisted if only out of respect for those honourable men who gave up their families and homes and everything they owned so that the document they fought to write could form the foundation of the most free nation on earth.

A key to that document is the unquestionable allegiance of any President to the United States, and this is the idea that underpins the requirement that any US president be born in the US.

Obam, since elected, has curried favour with the enemies of the United States. All the more reason to establish his true place of birth and ascertain where his true loyalties lie.

For the sake of the good and brave men who wrote the US Constitution, it has to happen.

Just reading Telegraph(UK) on line to see that the UK government are going to require parents sign good behaviour bonds on behalf of the children when they enrol for school. If the children cause trouble, after complaints from other parents, they could be fined up to Stg.1000.
This is the first acknowledgement I have seen of the damage out of control and ill disciplined children have in classrooms today.
Many of this blogs bloggers blame the teacher/school straight away for failure. Then many are quick to talk about their bliss in childhood when they attended a fee paying independent school.
State schools have to take all pupils – ranging from brilliant students to the ones who are intellectually disabled and those children who don’t know what books are.
State schools start on the back foot when confronted with the clients they receive- independent schools, often elitist, in Christchurch and Auckland have that great drafting method called money to keep their reputations.
Some of our greatest teachers are in Decile One schools where they are battling adversity and poverty at all times.
This comment from the UK is hopefully the first indication that parents have responsibilities as well as rights, when sending their “little dears ” to school.
By the way I am an ex-teacher but also a moderate conservative in most matters. Education should not depend on business models and should be related to the reality of the situation.

The problem for you is that someone who thinks along the same lines as you has attempted to take the constitutional route to resolve this via the Supreme courty and the Court has ruled against them. So you are not up against just the Liberal media in the US but the weight of the legal establishment. Now if you wish to argue that the Legal system in the US is also implicit in this situation then you have a completely different argument. You can no longer claim to be upholding the grand traditions of US constitutional law.

Gosman, if you’re going to argue this issue then do some damn research. I just do not have the time to hash over old detail with someone whose apparent only source of information on this matter is the lying mainstream media.

There are I think a further twenty or so cases pending on this issue and IMHO, the previous cases have been either weekly presented or poorly dealt with (along politically partisan grounds) by the judges concerned. For example one who suggested the case was closed because he had seen the birth certificate on Google for fuck’s sake.

All of you who blindly support Obama on this issue refuse to acknowledge the one matter that is more important than all-

This whole issue would go away overnight if Obama would just reveal the long form Birth Certificate so that the American people can see it aligns with the information on the COLB.

Strangely, he seems to prefer giving oxygen to those who allege he is disloyal to the US and the Constitution by spending hundreds of thousands to prevent this simple comparison taking place.

Why don’t you give me a credible reason why he prefers this path over releasing his Birth Certificate Gosman?

Why he apparently prefers to threaten the country with a Constitutional meltdown?

Answer that before you go any further with your hackneyed and uninformed opinions.

I’m with RB, old mac daddy is as bent as a dog’s back leg. He makes Taito Phillip Feild look like a choir boy. His association with dubious characters in that rather shady state of Illinois is well know. His mates from ACORN are as shifty as they come. And to top it all off he is a socialist clown very much in the mold of our pass dictator. He promises handout’s to the poor and stupid by taking from those dreadful wealthy ( middle America now), most lining up for those extra dollars will still be poor when it’s all said and done. It’s a pity mac daddy could not pay a visit to NZ and see the error of his ways but as he is a socialist I suspect the more on the state payroll the better he sleeps at night.

Quick question to you all today:

Normally I am fairly free market and Darwinist when it comes to my friends interpersonal relationships. Normally I;m one for “let them go out with a looser, they will learn the error in their ways”. Previously the exceptions to this I have made (by interfering) have been in the case of physical violence/threats of, and in one case drug addiction.

Now I am faced with a new questionable situation. A friend of mines 17 year old sister has started dating a 27 year old man (most probably porking him too). On one hand i’m inclined to say let her do it, he’s a looser, sooner or later she will realize this and do better next time. On the other hand I’m thinking, this guy might be way more than a looser, far more than creepy he may well be predatory ect ect.

Anyone got any suggestions either for or against interference?

[DPF: Are you saying the guy is a loser just because he is is dating a 17 year old, or have you met him and concluded that?]

Mac daddy refused to offer his official papers to the state legislator in Illinois. Nor would he produce correspondence, such as schedules of appointments or letters from lobbyists, from his days in the Illinois state senate.

Mac daddy did not release his client list as an attorney or his billing records. He maintained that he preformed only a few hours work for Tony Rezko a Chicago businessman done for fraud in 2008. His records could clear him but he will not release.

Mac daddy requests for his Occidental College records where he studied for 2 years are not to be released.

Mac daddy’s campaign refused to give Columbia where he earned an undergraduate degree permission to release his transcripts. GWB, Al Bore and John Kerry released theirs.

Mac daddy did not agree to the release of his application to the Illinois state bar which would have cleared up other allegations that his application may have been inaccurate.

Mac daddy did not release records from his time from Harvard law school.

During the presidential campaign he refused to released a full list of on line donors. Mac daddy has not released the names of one third of the donors, 750 million was donated to his campaign.McCain released all his.
