I like clever advertising instead of the usual dumb ads and political ones are good…

Reminds me of one in 1996 that others might remember also, when Winston went with National after the coalition talks, and Optrex (the eye wash company) had an ad that had a Dom/Post article attached to it with Helen Clark with red eyes and the caption: “MPs rally around tearful Clark…”
