It wasn’t an option my first time, and I went to the Beetham’s instead.

I feel dirty now, remembering, especially after I actually read about the A + B theory and understood it.

My second time, at the Jones party, was much much more satisfying. I didn’t actually score there, as Lange cut in and did almost all the exciting things Bob had been talking about. For a while anyway — in the end Lange proved to be a bit of a tease and only went to 3rd base 🙁

What ever these people are talkin about, its not the greens.

More socialist propaganda much like the bill boards showing images of Liarbour candidates shot ten years ago.

Honestly, I walked into Martin Gallaghers Hamilton West office and this guy came out I didn’t recognise.

He was a complete stranger to the poster I saw outside. I was a stunned mullet.

Yuck, the mere thought of these green bogeymen and bearded ladies is utterly offensive and repulsive. These meaningless, ineffective time wasters are slime balls, who are like a bad bogey fungus. How can they talk about love when they are messengers of hateful communism. Have a shave Sue!

They’re obviously targeting young voters, because every person pictured in the clip is younger than 30. Maybe 25. But the Green MPs are just so OLD. This election is about change, and it is hard to achieve that by voting for your grandparents.

The Greens can focus on junior voters but I have a feeling the boomers will have their way this time round and for the forseeable future – at least until the golden weather returns.

It is a common mistake in marketing – to imagine the young are more important than boomers (and women – who wield a disproportionate economic influence) – is naive.

When you are young, penniless and cannot afford a car, you vote according to what suits you most. Once you join the workforce, pay a mortgage, develop a sence of personal responsibility and respect, you become less idealistic and progress more to the right. Ask the people in the video in 10 years time who they would vote for and they would likely give you a different answer.

I’m betting there’s barely a taxpayer amongst them…. all students or struggling artists, suckling at the government handout teat…. why wouldn’t they vote Green or Labour? It just sickens me when they dress it up as some false conscience for the greater good or some other noble cause when really they’re just voting out on the left wing for far more self-serving reasons…. just like Helen would have us believe all National voters are. How ironic.
