Greens to be conned again

You wonder how many times the Greens will fall for it. Helen has said she wants them in her Government.

The Greens will respond by saying that after long and careful consideration we have decided to back Labour and also want to form a Government with them.

And then after the election, if Labour gets back in, Helen will go with Winston again because she needs him more. She is scared of alienating Winston but isn’t scared at all at alienating the Greens – I mean she has crapped on them for years and they still always faithfully come back for more.

The reality is that Helen Clark did not even try to form a Labour/Jim/Green/Maori Government last time – which would have been a majority. She didn’t even once sit down and try.

She also could have gone for a Labour/Greens Government with Maori, NZ First and United Future abstaining on supply and confidence. Did she even try for that?

But hey I won’t protect the Greens from their own stupidity.
