Victory for the Berrymans

This is very good news. Keith and Margaret Berryman have had the High Court over-turn the finding in 1997 of the coroner that they partially responsible for the death of beekeeper Kenneth John Richards in 1994 after the collapse of the Army built bridge on their land.
