Ropati Case

The HoS has an interview with the accuser, who says she is pleased she complained to the Police, despite the not guilty verdict.

Kerre Woodham writes about drunken sex, a topic one must acknowledge she is a world expert on 🙂

Jonathan Marshall in the Sunday News reports that police are considering charges against the accuser relating to use of drugs.  I think it would be regrettable if they did so, as this will discourage complainants from telling the truth.

And finally in the SST, it is reported that the Ropatis are considering a private prosecution against the accuser. I think they would be very foolish to do such a thing – it would appear very vindictive.
