Derek the Fox

My goodness, no wonder his nickname is Derek the Fox.

His partner of 12 years, Atareta Poananga, dumps him because he is seeking the nomination for  the Maori Party for Ikaroa-Rawhiti, and so is she. She talks about this on radio yesterday with Willie Jackson.

This, it seems, comes as a surprise to his other partner for the last seven years – Jaewynn McKay.

Derek may be banished from the hen house!
