Back to the future

As there has been more time to investigate these bright new policies of Helen’s, it is looking more and more they are just old or stolen policies repackaged.

First the shared equity scheme – has been announced a dozen times already it seems, and was pledged to be in place by 2006.

Then we have the Charter of Victims’ Rights which is actually 14 years old. Helen first pledged this in 1994.

The new NGO policy is relatively new – to Labour anyway.   It seems to be very close to the policy National announced last May.

Sounds like National Research have been working overtime today!
