Parker’s problems increase

We covered last week the affidavit from the former Chairman of the Electricity Commission, setting out under oath how David Parker interfered in their decisions.

The Herald on Sunday reports how Ministers will probably have to testify in court, and if they claim Hemmingway is wrong, well two of the other Commissioners are backing what he said.
