Enough is enough

The Herald reports that a private prosecution has been launched against Trevor Mallard over his punch to Tau Henare.

While Mr McCready has a legal right to pursue such a prosecution, I think it serves no useful value when the person hit doesn’t wish to complain.  Sure it would be different if it was domestic violence but Tau definitely ain’t Trevor’s missus 🙂
