September Public Poll

There were a record eight public polls in September.  TVNZ, TV3, Fairfax, NZ Herald and UMR all had a poll each, and there were three Morgan polls.

The average gap between National and Labour closed from 17% to 12%.  Still an election winning margin, but  less comfortable than in August.  Almost most polls were taken earlier in September.
