Grey Power on Electoral Finance Bill

Grey Power is slamming the legislation contained in the proposed Electoral Finance Bill. National president Graham Stairmand says the bill is fatally flawed and takes away the right of free speech.

Wonder if Winston is going to remain its number one supporter now?

I have many many many disagreements with Grey Power.  But you know if they take a dislike to a future National Government, they should be able to raise money and use it campaigning against National.  They should not be restricted in their advocacy for all of election year.   A sensible limit for the last six to 12 weeks is a debatable proposition, but this muzzling for all of election year must go.
