EFB changes

Helen Clark has said she knows nothing of any letter from the Government to the Justice and Electoral Select Committee proposing changes to the Electoral Finance Bill, before submissions even close on it.

This is strange as sources inform me the Government has finished drafting a Supplementary Order Paper setting out its proposed amendments.

As always, we the public, will be the last to know.
