Registration now needed

Aarrrgh. Despite the anti-spam test of typing in the words from a random graphic, the spammers are getting through. A dozen overnight.

Not sure if they have found out a way to scan the graphic, or they pay slaves in China 1c per hour to manually spam me.

As a trial, I have turned on a feature which will hold a comment for moderation unless you are registered and have successfully posted at least once previously. You can register at the bottom of the sidebar.

Let me know how much of a hassle this is. Most regulars are already registered. I don’t want to discourage the occassional posters but I do want to stop the spam appearing.
