Presley vs Dick

Annette Presley is suing former husband Malcolm Dick over his setting up of a new company which has all the directors and shareholders of Callplus – except Ms Presley.

If it proceeds to court, it will be an interesting test of the fiduciary duty obligation on directors. Having Directors set up a new business which excludes a current shareholder could indeed pose problems.
