KiwiSaver ad complaints

The Herald reports that two people have made complaints to the Auditor-General over the Labour branded taxpayer-funded advertising for KiwiSaver.

Alas they are probably wasting their time. Labour and allies changed the law so it is more permissive. The advertising may have been illegal under the old law, but probably will not be caught by the current law (which lasts until the end of 2007).
