.nz goes IPv6
I blogged last week on the declining stock of IPv4 addresses.
.nz Registry Services (NZRS) also announced late last week that it has added on two additional .nz name servers which have IPv6 addressing, and also an IPv6 whois server. This will allow organisations that use IPv6 to look up and reseolve .nz names, without having to use IPv4.
Incidentally I am on the NZRS Board. The timing of my post and the NZRS announcement though was coincidental.
