Cats

Am over at my brother’s baby sitting my niece. Have been trying to work on laptop and blog now she has gone to bed, but the two Tonkinese kittens make it difficult.

I am on the couch and they are both on my lap, so I have the laptop next to me on the couch and am having to type one handed. Very slow.

They’ve both just been desexed, and have those plastic cones around their heads to stop them licking and biting the stiches. This makes it even more funny than normal when they try to fight each other as they both just keep bouncing off each other’s cone.

I thought I would be smart by hanging their favourite toy off the curtain rail so they could jump up at it but never reach it. However one of them did a very impressive eight foot climb up the curtains to get it. I am not sure I am meant to be teaching them curtain climbing.
