Will time-outs be illegal?

The latest turn in the smacking debate is an opinion by a QC that even placing your child into time-out cold be illegal under Bradford’s bill.

I really can’t work out why they don’t support the Borrows amendment. It will achieve pretty much everything Bradford has claimed she wants to achieve, without all the legal uncertainty.
