UN Funding

Iain Dale has been to the Conservative Political Action Conference in the US, and has a mixed review.

What I found interesting was John Bolton pointing out that to win a vote at the UN you need 97 votes, and the bottom 97 members contribute only 0.3% of the UN budget. So those who fund 0.3% of the UN can decide where 100% of the budget is spent.
