Four killed by Fiji Military?

NZPA reports that the number of people killed by the Fijian military is now at four. Now this isn’t people killed in combat or refusing to surrender. These are generally people taken into military custody and then turning up beaten and dead.

The international community has to go beyond the pseudo-sanctions in place and put real pressure on the Dictator to stop the killings.
