Botched Sterilisations

This must be a new level of medical incompetence. Six out of 32 patients sterilised by a Whangarei gynaecologist have fallen pregnant.

If a couple have taken the decision to sterilise as they want no more children, it can be devastating to still get pregnant. A friend of mine got pregnant even after her husband had a vasectomy and it was all very difficult as when people heard she was pregnant they’re all gushing about how wonderful it is she is having another child, and in reality it’s a disaster as she had just got back into her career.
