Burtons’s impeccable behaviour

The parents of murdered man Karl Kuchenbecker say they blame the Parole Board for his killing by Graeme Burton.

Burton of course has primary blame, but in this case I think the Parole Board do have some blame.

Of course the Parole Board does not have ESP and can not be 100% accurate in regards to who will or will not reoffend. To expect 100% accuracy is silly.

But the case of Burton is one they should have foreseen. Everyone who knows Burton says he was unstable and highly likely to reoffend. Either the Parole Board ignored the evidence, or the system is so faulty they don’t get the information they need. Instead they got told Burton had impeccable behaviour.
