One more dead by Burton

Tragically the man shot dead last night was not an accomplice of Burton, but a passing cyclist Burton (allegedly) slaughtered in cold blood. Burton it seems also shot two other cyclists and then later on assaulted a father and daughter.

The Parole Board will of course never be able to guarantee it makes the right decision, but in this case they make an huge blunder. One did not need hindsight to think Burton was a menace to society. His escape from prison a few years earlier should have been in itself enough of a reason to delay parole until as late as possible.
