Not as bad as the UK

The political correctness in NZ is pretty small scale compared to some of the madness in the UK. The latest was a Chief Constable who refused to release pictures of two escaped murderers because it might breach their human rights.

As they thought the escaped murderers had left the area, they saw no need to release the photos, despite a request by local media.

The decision was savaged by not just the Lord Chancellor but even by human rights group as ridiculous.
