More offending opportunities

The Dom Post reports on a rampage by a man freed on electronic bail.

Isn’t it nice how hard the Government works to keep people out of prison so they can commit more crimes. They give you three chances now.

First they let you have a go on electronic bail. Then once convicted they have home detention for you. And then if you can’t get that they have parole after a third of your sentence.

I’m sure with time they’ll come up with even more ways. How about a system where someone else can do your jail time for you? Sort of like a time share!
