No Way Out

Audrey Young writes that despite Labour’s diversions partially working in the short-term, once the Auditor-General’s final report comes out, there is still no way out for them but to pay the money back.

Young also highlights the change to the PS spending rules which Labour don’t want people to know about:

a substantial addition to the rules under the heading “Responsibility for Information”, which puts the onus on the political parties to keep to the rules, rather than Parliamentary Service – the administrators whom parties have blamed for authorising their unlawful expenditure.
