Motorcade Officers sucessfully appeal

I am delighted the Police drivers have had their convictions overturned for their role in the PMs motorcde. While the motorcade was going too quickly, they were operating within the then procedures for VIP transport. A criminal prosecution was an over-reaction to what should have been a warning and new guidelines.
