Arrest in JonBenét Ramsey case

The biggest story in the US today is that an arrest has been made (in Thailand) in the JonBenét Ramsey case. He is John Mark Karr and it appears there is a DNA match.

I suspect most people have heard of the case. Ramsey was found murdered in her home in 1996. She had competed in many child beauty contests and both the Police and much of the public believed the parents were involved in the killing, and there was no intruder.

The mother died earlier this year.

It is good that a killer has finally been identified (not yet guilty though). Mind you, I wouldn’t hold my breath of Nicole SImpson’s killer to now also be found!
