de Menezes shooting

I am bemused that no police officers are being charged with the shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes at a tube station, yet the Police will be charged with breaking health and safety laws!!

Considering they shot de Menezes seven times in the head, I’m not sure how that qualifies as merely unsafe! Think if OSH were around at the time of WWII – the Nazis would be facing chargs of failure to provide a safe genocide!!
