Tax cuts can lead to more tax revenue

It is well known that in some circumstances reducing tax rates can lead to greater tax revenue. If you don’t accept this then think about the fact that at a 0% tax rate and a 100% tax rate you will have no tax paid.

Zen Tiger has a nice example of how this can work in reality. If people have more money they spend it or invest it which can lead to taxable revenue also.
